The cookies are so good! I've already tasted a few different flavors and I can't wait for my chocolate and blueberry ones to get here. I'm also excited to give the peanut butter flavor a try at some point. I've been on this program for three days now and let me tell you, I've been trying to lose these last 15 pounds for over 13 years. At first, it felt like a lot to eat six cookies in a day since I used to be on a super low-calorie diet. But I've been slowly upping my cookie intake, having four yesterday and four or five today. I got my first batch of bars recently and I gotta say, I was super bummed out. They were all melted and gross, especially the peanut butter one which fell apart as soon as I tried to open it. So, I reached out to customer service and they told me I should've let the bars cool down or maybe even stick them in the fridge first. But like, there wasn't any info about that in the box at all. It's kinda annoying that they're putting the blame on me for not being able to handle hot weather. So yeah, I won't be ordering from them again. But hey, on a brighter note, I've had better luck with other brands like Built bars. They came in perfect shape.
Cookies - Flavor disappointing
I was really looking forward to trying out these cookies I ordered, but when I finally got them, they tasted like cardboard with some flavor added. They were dry and crumbly, even after I tried warming them up in the microwave. I just couldn't bring myself to swallow them, even though I had high hopes for them. On top of all that, they weren't even the flavor I had ordered in the first place. Dealing with customer service was no help either - they claimed I would have to pay a restocking fee of $75 plus shipping to return them, which didn't seem worth it to me. What a waste of $129!

I bought some weight loss products on March 22nd and I'm really disappointed with the customer service. I called today, March 26th, because I hadn't gotten any shipping info. Turns out, one of the items I ordered was out of stock, but nobody bothered to let me know. I was all set to start my weight loss journey, but it seems like your company is making it difficult. Nowadays, we expect fast deliveries like Amazon, so waiting 8 to 10 days is just not okay. I had to practically beg for expedited shipping, which they reluctantly agreed to, so I still have to wait another 8 days to get my order. This lack of care and incompetence is really frustrating. I haven't even gotten to try the products, and I'm already so unhappy with the whole experience. Your company really needs to think about how they treat their customers.

I recently bought a 5-week supply of cookies from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the product.
