    Phobia app breakthrough

    After dealing with panic attacks, agoraphobia, and social anxiety for more than twenty years, I came across the Phobia app by Waji. Let me tell you, this app has been a total game-changer for me. Thanks to it, I've been able to face my fears and make small steps towards overcoming my anxieties. I've started driving alone, something I never thought I could do. I even drove for a whole forty minutes without feeling overwhelmed by fear. This app helped me break free from the constant cycle of avoiding things and running away that I've been trapped in for so long.     Eye movement support

    The eye movements from this product have seriously changed the game for me. It's been a huge help in keeping me centered and in tune with my body, especially when things get crazy and my mind is racing.     Dealing with CPTSD, I was kinda not sure about trying this new therapy thing. But, I did some digging and thought, why not give it a shot?
