    Quality wine selection, sommelier service

    I've been a customer of this wine subscription service since 2018, and I've always been super impressed with the great wines they offer. The sommeliers really know their stuff and have given me awesome recommendations whenever I've needed help finding a specific taste or pairing. I've really loved trying out their special wines too, they've introduced me to some cool new flavors I wouldn't have found on my own. Lately, I decided to throw in a non-alcoholic bottle in my next order, and I'm curious to see if it lives up to their usual high standards. Non-alcoholic wines sometimes end up being a letdown, so fingers crossed this one tastes better than expensive grape juice.

    Six bottle monthly subscription

    We got a six bottle monthly subscription as a gift and we've been pretty happy with it. The website is easy to use and the quiz at the beginning was actually kind of fun, giving choices for all kinds of tastes. The delivery was quick and the packaging looked nice, with good info about each bottle. Even when we got a bottle that wasn't really our thing (we knew that might happen), the customer service was really great and they sent a personal message, talking about our concerns and saying they'd make changes for the future picks. Overall, we'd totally suggest this service as a cool and easy way to try out and find your favorite wines.

    Subscription wine delivery

    Bright Cellars said they had easy delivery options, but it turned out to be a disaster. The delivery companies they used couldn't get the package to me and I had to keep going to pick it up myself. They wouldn't take change in delivery times, so my package got sent back. When I told Bright Cellars about this, they only gave me back some of my money and still charged me $25 for delivery. I was let down and annoyed because it seemed like they didn't really care about keeping customers happy.

    Subscription Wine Service Experience

    I was really disappointed with the whole experience I had with this wine subscription service. They didn't even let me know my order was being processed until it was too late. When I tried to cancel right after I found out, they said I couldn't. It was frustrating because what they told me didn't match their policy, and I couldn't figure out how to cancel online like they said I could. And to top it off, the wine wasn't even that great, just mediocre.

    Wine bottle quality issue

    I just wanted to share that I got a wine bottle that was totally ruined. I wasn't really trying to get my money back or anything, just wanted to give them a heads up in case there was a bigger problem with that batch or year. Their customer service peeps got back to me super fast, said they were looking into it, and sweetened the deal by tossing some reward points my way to make up for the spoiled bottle. They really came through with awesome service, and for that, I'm grateful.

    First box disappointment

    I just got my first box from this wine subscription service, and I was really excited to try out all the different wines. But when my family and I opened them up and started tasting, we realized something wasn't quite right. They all seemed to taste very similar, almost like they were just the same wine with different labels. I have a lot of white wines, and the lack of variety in color and taste made me wonder if these wines were truly unique or not. The packaging was nice and the bottles were well protected, which was good, but the lack of diversity in flavor left me feeling disappointed.

    Quick refund resolution

    The customer service guy, Mauricio, took care of my refund issue super fast. Originally, I was given the wrong price for my membership box but he fixed it right up.     Christmas gift

    My son gave me 2 boxes for Christmas. He lives in California, while I'm in Maryland. We both enjoy wine. It's enjoyable trying out different ones that I wouldn't usually choose. I liked all of them, there wasn't a single one that I didn't enjoy.
