Roses and Greenery Bouquet
The flowers I got from this place were totally different from what I saw online. There were hardly any roses, mostly just a bunch of leaves. And to top it off, the second bouquet I bought never showed up! But, I have to give props to their customer service team. They really went out of their way to fix things. They kept checking in to make sure I was happy, and finally, they came through with a beautiful bouquet that I loved. Even though it started off rocky, I have to admit I was pretty impressed with how they handled things.
Purchased Mother's Day flowers
I just wanted to say how happy I was with the Mother's Day flowers I bought through this service. They were so pretty and lasted for a really long time, making the room look so much brighter. Everyone at the care home where I sent them, from the staff to the visitors and residents, was really impressed and happy with how they looked. Graduation gift flowers

Easter table transformation
Watching Freddie at work was just amazing! He's got such a creative spark, it was truly inspiring to see him turn that table into something special. I mean, who would've guessed to use moss and flower frogs to make a mini forest on the table? It was a little out there, but in the best way possible - so laid back and cool. I picked up so many cool ideas just by watching him do his thing.
Zoom flower arranging event
I went to this flower arranging online event and I really liked it. I'm not usually into stuff like that, but Freddie and the others gave great tips that helped a lot. They were super helpful whenever there were problems with the flowers, and that kind of service is hard to come by these days. It was a nice change compared to other companies I've tried before.
Flowers not delivered
I'm so frustrated that the flowers I ordered didn't get there on time! It's such a letdown. I wanted to brighten someone's day, but instead, they were left feeling disappointed on their special day. The communication and service were just awful.
