Personalized digital greeting cards
I recently found this awesome service for making personalized digital greeting cards and let me tell you, I was super impressed. Choosing templates, uploading photos, and adding music was so easy and straightforward. The final product was a beautiful digital creation that really wowed the people I sent it to. What I loved most was how much I could customize each Smilebox for the specific occasion and person. And the customer service from Maria was top-notch. Being blind, I had some trouble using the platform, but Maria was patient, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help me every step of the way. Sending out Smilebox creations has really brought a whole new level of joy and excitement to special occasions for my family and friends.
Excellent products
Very good idea Very useful for almost all occasions Though one fact is I can make such cards online what you suggest to do .But quality of designs suited to proposed occasions not easy to short out .Big time waste .Many times I had tried before choosing you but impressions and quality of cards appears in different way.
Fifteen days back ,means just few days back I subscribed tour service ,I can make many designed and personalized cards .
I never got that level of appreciation before , probably I was not aware about actual beauties of selections .I am still making cards for new year and fortunately still have three more days to continue.Thanks making me expert.Issue with completed creation
I had a little problem with this thing I finished on the platform. I couldn't figure out how to add music to my slideshow even though I tried following the instructions they gave. So, I got in touch with Customer Service for some help. And let me tell you, I was really happy with how quickly and nicely they got back to me. Olha went out of their way to download the perfect song for me, so I could finally show off my creation to my family. It's good to know there are such awesome customer service folks out there, it really made my whole experience better.
Membership renewal
I've been using this service for a while now, both for personal and professional reasons. But lately, I haven't been using it as much. I totally spaced on canceling my membership before it renewed, so I had to contact customer service for help. Maria got back to me quick and took care of everything smoothly. I was really impressed with how she handled things and I'm happy with the help I got. Thanks for all the good times over the years, and I might be interested in your new offer down the road.
Link request from a few years back
I requested an old link from a while ago, and the Smilebox team was so fast in getting back to me and assisting me! They sent me exactly what I needed to share my video on Facebook for my grandpa's birthday. I was really pleased with how they took care of everything.
Funeral program design
I had a really good experience with this service. I was trying to design a funeral program for my grandma's service and was having a hard time doing it by myself. I contacted the company and they were super understanding and helpful. They collaborated with me to make a lovely program that honored my grandma just right. I really appreciate their kindness and help during a tough period.
Short slideshow creation
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Maria, the customer service rep who's been helping me out with making a slideshow. It's been three years since I've done this, and at 76 years old, I've pretty much forgotten everything. But Maria has been super patient and really helpful. I'm almost done with my project now, and even though I haven't shared it with anyone yet, I'm really looking forward to sending these slideshows out a few times a year once I get the hang of it.
Slideshow creation for FB and email
I signed up for the premium plan so I could create some awesome slideshows to share on Facebook and send via email. I chatted with Anastasia over at the company and she was really nice and gave me some great advice. She suggested the Pro Plan, which was perfect for showcasing my work. Even though I'm not the best with technology, Smilebox makes it easy for me to look professional. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to wow their friends with some impressive slideshows.
Quick Resolution
I had this billing problem with a company and I told them about it. And you know what? Maria from their customer service team got back to me real quick. She totally got where I was coming from, fixed the issue, and made sure I was okay with how it turned out. It was all taken care of really well and quickly. I'm grateful for Maria's awesome help and for the company doing a great job overall.

Payment issue, great customer service
I had an issue with my payment, but when I reached out to them via email, they were able to fix it really quickly! I've actually been using this site for years now, and I love how easy it is to create awesome cards to send to all my friends. They provide examples for everything, which makes it super helpful.
