I've been super impressed with how Petplan has handled all the claims my cat's vet sent in. My kitty is 17 years old and has some health stuff going on, but Petplan never gave us a hard time about any claims. They've always been really easy to work with and reliable. I definitely recommend Petplan to anyone with a furry friend they love.
