111Skin - Average Experience
I have been using 111Skin for a few months now and overall, I am pleased with the results. I initially discovered the brand through an online search for high-quality skincare products.
I decided to give their products a try and purchased a few items, including their Celestial Black Diamond Lifting and Firming Cream, as well as their Cryo ATP Sports Booster. I have to say, I was impressed with the packaging of the products. They arrived well-sealed and protected, which gave me confidence in the brand's attention to detail.
The Celestial Black Diamond cream has a nice texture and absorbs quickly into the skin. I have noticed a slight improvement in the firmness and overall appearance of my skin since using it. The Cryo ATP Sports Booster is also a great addition to my skincare routine. It has a refreshing, cooling sensation and gives my skin a boost of hydration.
One downside I have found is the price point. 111Skin products are definitely on the higher end, but I do feel that they are worth the investment. I would recommend the brand to anyone looking for high-quality skincare products.
In terms of customer service, I have had no issues with the company and found their online service to be efficient. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with 111Skin and will continue to use their products in the future.Black diamond facial mask
Oh my gosh, I recently tried out this black diamond facial mask and honestly, I'm completely hooked on all their products now. They're seriously awesome and my skin has been looking super good. I ended up swapping out all my old skincare stuff for this brand because it's just that great. And let's be real, I don't have a bunch of cash like celebrities, so I managed to find some of the products on eBay for a way better deal. So far, everything has been perfect and I haven't had to reach out to customer service at all.
Anti-aging moisturizer, noticeable results, samples
I gotta admit, when I first saw the anti-aging moisturizer price, I thought it was kinda steep. But man, after just two weeks of slathering that stuff on my face, people started telling me how young and glowin' my skin looked! I'm 51, so those compliments really made my day and boosted my confidence in the product. One thing I'd recommend to the company is to hand out samples so more folks can give it a try. I only found out about this gem recently and man, I wish I had known about it earlier!
Lost parcel issue
I had this thing where a package went missing, so I hit up the customer service folks on WhatsApp. Man, they were quick to respond and really came through, getting everything sorted out in just a day. I gotta say, I was really impressed by how on the ball they were and how dedicated they were to fixing things up right away. It was hands down one of the top-notch customer service experiences I've had in a minute. If you ever run into any issues, I totally suggest hitting them up on WhatsApp.
Facial and massage services
My time at the salon was amazing thanks to a talented professional who did both my facial and massage. The beautician and massage therapist were really good at what they do, paying attention to every little detail and giving me a super relaxing experience. I walked out of there feeling brand new, totally at ease, and trusting in their abilities. I totally suggest this salon and their services to anyone looking for top-notch beauty and relaxation treatments.
Wonderful products and great customer service
I just bought something and man, it was awesome. The products I got were top-notch! The customer service was amazing, and get this - they even threw in a free gift because of a little mix-up on their website. I've always had great experiences with this company and I'm definitely sticking around as a loyal customer.
Laser treatment results
I just got laser treatment done and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Milena did such a great job - my skin looks amazing and more youthful, and I didn't have any downtime. I'm really pleased with how everything came out and definitely suggest her services to anyone wanting similar treatments.
