Door panel lights purchase
I bought some door panel lights that were supposed to work with my car, but they didn't. When I contacted customer service, their answer was for me to cut a hole in my car door. Seriously? I am not going to start cutting my car just to get these lights to work. I returned the lights as they told me to, but now all I hear is they need to check if the lights actually work. It's been months since I sent them back and I still don't have a solution. This whole thing has been really annoying and such a waste of my time.

I regret buying the door sill lights from this company. They were super cheap, had a tiny logo, and the lights didn't work at all. When my order arrived, the parts looked flimsy and some were even broken! On top of that, the remote was missing. When I asked about it, they said it ships from another company, which seemed fishy because a whole new tracking number was created. The company wasn't very helpful when I reached out either. I suggest steering clear of this product and maybe getting some LED lights from a trusted place like Amazon to personalize your own setup.
