This store is amazing! They have a huge selection of sneakers and their shipping is lightning-fast, I can't believe it. Pair of shoes on sale
I got these awesome shoes on sale from BSTN, but then they straight up cancelled my order! I never got a shipping email, so I had to reach out to them to find out what was up. They claimed my credit card was unauthorized, but that's totally false! Now the shoes are back to full price! Seriously, what the heck? I thought I was getting a great deal, but instead, they pulled a fast one on me.

I bought something online from this store not too long ago. The product was great and all, but man, was I bummed when I found out about those extra customs and duties taxes I had to pay later on. I really wish the store would have been straight up with me about those fees so I could have been ready for them. It would have been nice to know what I was getting into ahead of time, instead of being blindsided by those charges later on.

Overpriced sneakers
I shelled out a ton of money for these sneakers that were supposed to come with free delivery and no extra fees. But guess what? The courier ended up hitting me with an £80 charge. Can you believe that? I refused the package, had to wait three whole weeks for it to come back, and now I can't even get a peep out of the company. So frustrating. I had to reach out to my credit card company to get my money back and some compensation. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company and their outrageously priced sneakers. Stick with UK-based companies to save yourself the headache. Their communication skills are a joke and they're completely incompetent.
