    I am a long-time client of Clinique and have had nothing but positive experiences with the brand. Their skincare products have truly transformed my skin, leaving it clearer and more radiant than ever before.

    I particularly love their 3-Step System, which includes a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer tailored to specific skin types. I have oily skin and their "Liquid Facial Soap Oily Skin Formula" has been a game-changer for me. It effectively removes excess oil and dirt without stripping my skin of its natural oils.

    I also love their "Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+," which leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. The lotion is lightweight and absorbs quickly, making it perfect for daily use.

    Lipsticks for Christmas gifts

    So, I recently bought three almost lipsticks from this company for Christmas presents. But when the package arrived, only one of the three was in there - bummer, right? I was really excited to give these out as stocking stuffers, but now I can't do that. I reached out to customer service to get the missing items sent out again, but they said they were all out of stock. Major letdown! Now I'm scrambling to find replacement gifts at the last minute. The fact that my order wasn't filled properly and the product I wanted isn't available has me thinking twice about ordering from them again in the future.

    I reached out to customer service via chat because that's the only way to get in touch - they don't even have an email. I wanted to let them know that the mascara in the set I bought was completely dried out and I couldn't use it. Their reply was that they only deal with products bought directly from them or their authorized sellers, even though the product was clearly defective. I was really surprised by this, considering how expensive their products are and the high quality they claim to have. They've definitely lost me as a customer and I won't be recommending them to anyone.

I placed the order like 10 days ago and it's still just sitting there saying "preparing to ship". I tried calling and chatting with customer service but hardly got any response. The reps I did talk to basically just repeated the same info that was already on the website - that my order was "in the warehouse". I've been a loyal customer for a while now, so I was really hoping for better communication and speed from them. Guess I won't be shopping on their website again in the future.

    Gift set for my wife

    I bought a gift set for my wife at this place not too long ago, but things didn't go so well. I wanted to return it after Christmas for a refund since it couldn't be exchanged. But it's been way too long and I still haven't seen my money back. I've tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but the only way I can reach them is through WhatsApp. All they do is apologize and promise to sort it out soon, but they never actually do. I'm so disappointed with their poor customer service and how long it's taking to get my refund. I'm even thinking about taking legal action for theft and fraud.

    Aromatics perfume

    The perfume that I've been using for 25 years, Aromatics, has really changed and not for the better. It used to smell so lovely that everyone would compliment me on it, but now it just smells awful and cheap. It's embarrassing for me to be around anyone who's wearing it, and I even had to say sorry to a coworker because of the stinky smell. I won't ever waste my money on this perfume again, especially since it's so expensive for such a tiny bottle. It's sad to see a product that I used to love get ruined by silly changes. It seems like the brand doesn't care about their long-time customers, considering they've been getting complaints since 2017. So, I'm gonna try out a new skincare brand and perfume from now on. It's really disappointing to see a once elegant scent go down the drain and become something nasty and cheap.

    I recently had a rough time with the company's offer page. It was a real letdown. They had this ad that caught my eye, saying I could get free gifts with any order over a certain amount. So, I followed the steps, placed my order, but when I went to checkout, no gifts were added. I hopped on the chat with customer service and found out they claimed the offer had already ended, even though it was still up on the website. They couldn't really explain why there was a mix-up, just said the offer wasn't valid anymore. The way they handled it was shady and didn't sit right with me. I've been a loyal customer and always took advantage of their deals, but this experience has definitely changed how I see the company.

    Moisture surge 125ml

    I got the 125ml Moisture Surge from the website, but it never arrived. UPS said they delivered it, but it never showed up. I spent a long time on the phone with Clinique and UPS trying to fix the problem, but they said there was nothing they could do because UPS closed the case. After a bunch of calls, UPS finally gave me a claim number to give to Clinique for a refund. But even then, Clinique didn't send me the refund until I called them again to check. It was so frustrating and disappointing, I won't be ordering from them again.

    I bought some pricey skincare products from this place, thinking I was treating myself to some fancy self-care. But man, the customer service was a joke. I was talking to a customer service rep and they just cut me off at 6 pm, probably time to clock out, ya know? Plus, my order still hasn't shown up and I'm feeling like I wasted my money. My wife has been loyal to this brand and another high-end one for over 12 years, but after this mess, I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. And don't even get me started on the delivery - Evri? Seriously, couldn't they choose something more reliable?
