    Exercise bike for health and heart problems

    I decided to buy an exercise bike last year because of my health and heart issues. In just under a year, I've shed over 5 stone and now I'm down to a 32-inch waist. I feel better and look better. It's honestly been the best choice I've ever made for my health. The monthly fee for the classes is totally worth it because I never get bored with so many options to pick from. My top classes are the ones that involve hills led by instructors from the UK and the USA. Shoutout to Paul for keeping me on track and motivated.

    Ex-5 bike purchase

    When I bought the Ex-5 bike from this fitness company, I was pumped to kick off my indoor cycling adventure. But I soon found out that the screen and classes they had weren't really my jam. To change the tension/resistance on the bike, I had to get the app. The problem was, even after talking to their customer service team, we just couldn't get the bike to connect to the app. It was a letdown because you'd think a top-notch product like this would work right out of the gate. Based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest this bike to others.

    Upholstery cycling bike

    I bought a stationary bike from this company not too long ago and it's been a real pain. After a few months, it started making this annoying squeaking noise that just won't go away. The customer service team has tried to fix it a few times, but nothing has worked. They keep coming up with different reasons like the belt being off or a loose pedal. I wish I had gone with a better-known brand because this bike has not lived up to my expectations in terms of quality and performance.

    I gotta tell ya, my experience trying to cancel my membership at Echelon Fitness has been beyond frustrating. Their app says you can cancel anytime, but that's not the truth. You actually have to call customer service during their hours, and even then, they still charge you for a whole year and make it nearly impossible to get your money back. It's ridiculous to make people commit to a whole year just to use their service. Feels like they're scamming us, plain and simple. I wouldn't recommend going with them - find a company that's more upfront and honest. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of hassle.

    Two bikes purchase

    My experience with Echelon Fitness was really disappointing. So, I ordered two bikes back in mid-December, but only got one by mid-January. And let me tell you, the box was all beat up, but Echelon was all like, "Nah, it's all good." After a bunch of back and forth, I finally got that second bike in February. We shelled out $600.00 for delivery and set up for both bikes, but supposedly, the delivery was supposed to be a "signature upon delivery" kinda deal, which didn't actually happen. When we got the bikes into the garage, turns out they weren't even set up or ready to ride. So, they've just been sitting there, waiting on Echelon to come through on their promise. Honestly, feels like I threw away $600.00 for nothing, so I'd steer clear of buying bikes from this company.

    Rowing machine purchase

    I got this new rowing machine, and I was super pumped about it. But man, was I let down. The customer service was just awful - they were nice, but couldn't fix anything! They sent me the wrong stuff twice! And then had the audacity to charge me for something they didn't even have. Seriously?! They said February for delivery, but um, hi, I ordered it in December! Not cool, not cool. The rowing machine itself was fine, but not worth the headache. I'd tell all my friends to stay clear of this company.

    Subscription dissatisfaction

    The music on your service has been really disappointing lately. It's hard to even hear it, which kind of ruins the whole vibe. It seems like you're always updating stuff, but not really fixing the problem. I still have more than a year left on my subscription, but I'm already thinking about switching to something else where I can listen on my monitor and actually enjoy it. It feels like I got jipped paying for the equipment and not having a good app to go with it.

    I've been pretty disappointed with the recent changes to this company's music service. The playlists aren't showing up like they're supposed to, the music doesn't match what they advertise, and the price tag along with the subscription fees just makes me feel like they're taking advantage of me.

    I had a really frustrating experience with the customer service team when it came to my membership. Even after I canceled my membership and got confirmation on the member portal, I still ended up getting charged for a renewal on my credit card. When I contacted the customer service team and asked for a refund, they told me they couldn't do it because I didn't reach out within a specific timeframe. Even though I showed them proof of the cancellation, they stuck to their decision, which pushed me to call my credit card company and start a chargeback. Dealing with all of this has been a real hassle and has made me pretty unhappy with the support I've gotten from the company.

    Flexbike Ultra issues

    I got the Flexbike Ultra and ran into a big issue while still under warranty. The bike started making a loud hammering noise that just kept getting worse. I contacted customer service for help, but all they wanted was a video and then closed my case without fixing anything. No matter how many times I tried to follow up, they just kept avoiding my requests for help. It's pretty obvious they don't really care about actually helping customers, just making more sales and signing people up for subscriptions. This company's disrespect for their customers is terrible and I'd recommend staying far away from them at all costs.
