Earrings
I am so upset with this company. I ordered a pair of earrings back in August and still haven't gotten them. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times to check on my order, but no one has gotten back to me. It's really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone after what I've been through.
Clothing items
I gotta say, the clothes I got from this store were pretty good quality. But man, their return policy? Not cool. They make you pay for shipping on all items, and then if you need to return something, you gotta pay for shipping again. Like, what? It ended up costing me more than I thought and was just a hassle. And on top of that, the customer service when I tried to sort it out was not great. I think I'll start looking elsewhere for my clothes from now on.
Ordered clothes online
I ordered some clothes online and you know what? They didn't even send me the right stuff! I tried to let them know, but all they keep saying is they'll get back to me in 3-5 days. It's been over a month now! Do they really expect me to just forget about my order? The worst part is I already paid for it and still haven't received it. Not cool at all. Their customer service is a joke, always making excuses instead of actually fixing the problem. Come on, step up your game!
Birthday outfit purchase
I got this really cute birthday outfit online, but when it showed up, it was the wrong size! So I called to complain, and let me tell you, the supervisor "K" was just awful. They didn't even listen to me and hung up on me not once, but twice. They even blocked my number and my mom's too. So rude! My mom said we're gonna let all the schools in our state know not to shop from them anymore because they treat customers so poorly. Don't even bother ordering from them!! It was the worst experience ever.
School uniform order
Man, I ordered my school uniform from this place and it's taking forever! It feels like it's been years, but it's only been 12 days. Why does it have to take so long? My friend goes to a different school and their uniforms arrive super quick. I have zero patience, I just want my clothes already!

If I could give them Zero I would. I ordered uniforms for my granddaughter with the expectation that they would ship in 2 weeks (including time for embroidery). At the 2 week mark I contacted them and was advised that the order had not been processed and they could not tell me when it would be shipped. Two days later her parents changed schools and I tried to cancel the order only to be told that they refused to cancel it. Now I'm stuck with $300 worth of useless clothing. I understand that there needs to be established cancellations policies but in situations like this they should be more flexible.

What a terrible company with terrible service!
I ordered my children's uniform here. (Not by choice, of course, we have to, because our school doesn't give any other option.) After the order is complete I received a confirmation email where I realized that they put the wrong shipping address! I immediately called customer service to inform the mistake that they did. The representative told me that once the order is placed they cannot change it. I should call the courier and find out if they can do anything. This response really ... me off. While it's their fault why should I do all this to fix it? Then she put me on hold to talk to her manager. Once back she informed me that they'll fix it and then send me a new confirmation. All these happened within around half an hour. The order is still very fresh and should be an easy fix, I thought. but I am mistaken.
Later on, the email I received told me the same nonsense that they cannot do anything. The representative openly lied to me! They're not willing to fix the problem that they caused. This is a company that does not want to clean up its own mess. Such incompetent companies should not be given school uniform business. No wonder why their Trustpilot reviews are 1.4 stars.School uniforms polo
Our school changed over the French Toast this year for uniforms.....WHAT A MESS!!!!!
I will do everything in my power to get the school to change suppliers ASAP.
It is mid-September and my order was first sent to a bogus address and then corporate takes over and nothing happens.
Agents at the Customer service number 1-800-373-6248 has absolutely no access to talk to someone at corporate!!!!! Everyone just email each other so the speed of replies are delayed.
Customer service cold not redo the order and expedite the shipment due to corporate taking over, but corporate did NOTHING with my order for 2 weeks!!!
They obviously have no idea how to deal with customers or to fulfill orders. I would never order again.They tell you 10-11 days to deliver and it is not true.I send multiple emails asking when it will be delivered and no one is emailing me back.When you call you need to be ready to be on hold forever just to be told is 24 days because product needs embroidery.And still no answer when it will be delivered.

I will not be ordering from the directly again. They missed multiple items in my original order back in June. I still have yet to receive them and it's August.

These ppl arent ppl of theyre word for theyre shipping policies neither are tgere tracking policies are of real concent.ill never order from here again.someone needs to address french toast from fraudlent lies where they just be lying about orders.never agan!!!!$beware of these ppl.
I agree! They keep giving me the run around on my missing items. Saying I will receive an email confirmation in 7-10 days, but it's been over 30 days! Terrible company!
French Toast shoes
Placed another order for required school uniform shoes, they sent to the wrong address, and when they discovered their mistake, they canceled the order, instead of sending it to me, and told me to place another (4th) order for the same thing (because of their mistakes). This is 3 times I have been trying to get the same thing and just can't. Will inform the school that French Toast can't fulfill orders and my kid won't have access to required uniform.

Waited over 2+months, tracking link doesnt work, they said wait longer before they will look into it. No refund No satisfaction. Quick to take money slow to deliver. DO NOT BUY!
Multiple Orders
Worst company I have ever worked with in my entire life. Gross incompetence concerning inventory management, order management, returns are expensive since you have to pay for it and will with EVERY single order you place, 100% inaccurate sizing charts, printing fails regularly.
Website said 5-15 days to ship an order with embroidery/printing. 10 weeks later they completely canceled the order leaving me without ANY uniforms for my kids. They could not just cancel the embroidery and ship the other uniform pieces. This company is incapable of splitting orders for shipping. That was the problems with this year's order, it took over a year to correct the problems from the last school year's order.
I only use them because it is the uniforms selected by the small private school my kids go to. If at all possible take your money elsewhere.Uniforms shirts and pants
We have used French Toast not by choice but school requirment, clothes themselves are pretty decent, IF you actually get what you order. Out of 6 shirts they were all wrong we ordered boys YL and got smalls, medium and girls. Wide yet is the customer service we were told it will Take 10 business days to even review our complaint and then standard 3 to weeks to replace if, if they decide to do that. We ordered these 3 weeks nene school started and now my kid has to wear worn out tagged looking uniforms to school Customer service is HORRIBlE
Clothes for my kids private school
When I went to return the items because they were too big it says every single thing in my order is not eligible for return so beware when you buy from this website! I will be ordering elsewhere from here on out. I did not see anywhere when I purchased these items that told me that none of them are eligible for return! So I’ll just go back to Amazon and get the very same thing there that I can try on and if they don’t fit I can send it back!

Won't be ordering again placed order on July 24th 2021 and still have received order nor has it been shipped. And kids start school on the 16th of August.
The terrible shopping experience I had in my entire life. Delivery never happens and the another delivery to the wrong location.
