How difficult to switch one product to another especially of same field ,same ingredients and very close pricing Almost seven companies (3 were top sellers globally) whom I liked but hardly could satisfy as I am looking for natural ingredients with good smell and effective for what they made for

I just bought two skincare products for my granddaughter from this company, but they turned out to not be right for her age. I contacted customer service and was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and offered suggestions for products that would be better suited for her. Summer from customer service was on top of things and made sure I got the right products for my granddaughter. I think parents should definitely take a look at the website for product advice and recommendations.
Fruit babies set
I recently bought the most adorable fruit babies set from this store and I'm seriously in love! The avocado cleanser is my absolute favorite because it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry and tight like other cleansers usually do. And let me tell you about the watermelon toner - it's like a refreshing glass of water for my face! It's also been helping to fade some of my acne scars, which is a major plus. I'm super excited to test out more of their fruity products!
Avocado melt sleeping cream, banana cream, and plumping serums
The Avocado melt sleeping cream is seriously so awesome, I can't even imagine my skincare routine without it now. It's done wonders for my skin, especially since it tends to be on the dry side. The banana cream and plumping serums are also total game-changers for me. All in all, I'm super happy with these products and would totally suggest them to anyone wanting to up their skincare game.
Smells great, cute bottles, soft skin
I really love this product! I've tried a bunch of things from this brand and I just can't get over how much I love it. Sure, it's a little pricey, but honestly, it's worth every penny. The smell is fantastic, the packaging is super cute, and my skin feels fantastic after using it. And you don't need to use much, so you definitely get your money's worth.
Wrong order received
I ordered some stuff not too long ago, but when it arrived, it was all wrong. The package had my name on it, but the invoice inside was for a different person. I tried contacting customer service through email and had a chat with someone on February 23rd, but I haven't gotten any response back ever since. It's really annoying to pay for something and then end up getting the wrong stuff.
Skincare purchase
I just bought some skincare stuff and I gotta say, I'm pretty dang impressed with how good they are. The folks I talked to were super helpful when I had a little problem with the website. There were a couple hiccups trying to add samples and use my rewards points, but the customer service peeps took care of it right away and made sure I was happy with how it got handled.
Mini kit with PHA BHA Toner, Moisturizer, Niacinamide dew drops
I got my package in under 2 weeks and I'm really happy with it. The products are small but work really well. Just a couple drops cover my whole face and leave it looking fresh and glowy without irritating my skin. I started noticing results after using it for about 3 weeks.
Great products, great customer service
I really love this company! I've had a few packages go missing, but they were quick to fix it and get me what I ordered. There was even one time they sent me the wrong thing, but they fixed it right away and sent me the correct item. I've been shopping here for years!

The stuff at Glow Recipe is seriously amazing! I got some under eye patches and whoa, my skin was glowing right away. I even tried 'em on my forehead and bam, no more wrinkles. It's like magic in a little packet. Stay moisturized, y'all!

I recently had an experience with a customer service team that didn't start off so great, but got better as time went on. At first, my order took forever to show up, which was annoying but I get it, things happen. Then when I tried to place another order, the payment system kept messing up and wouldn't go through. It was frustrating and my charges kept getting denied. The customer support team's responses seemed kind of robotic and not very helpful, but after I left a review about my disappointment, they reached out to me and gave me more info about what was going on. I was grateful for their efforts to fix things and they even gave me a discount code for next time.
Even though there were delays and issues with communication at the start, I appreciate that the company worked to address my concerns and find a solution. I'm still not totally sure what was up with the payment problems, but I give props to the team for responding quickly and trying to make things right for me as a customer.
