    Shoes for Florida trip

    Tim the manager was awesome, he totally hooked us up with the perfect shoes for our trip to Florida. The store was packed with families and he was holding down the fort solo, but he didn't bat an eye. Even though he said his boss was in the back, he still took the time to help us out. Tim was so friendly and made shopping a blast. I highly suggest checking out this store for some killer deals. Tim definitely deserves a raise for being so rad!

    Delayed order, poor customer service

    I recently bought something online and man, the service was just terrible. It's been over a week and still no sign of my order. I've been calling customer service every day, but they ain't been much help. The first manager said they couldn't speed things up, and the second one only offered me 7 bucks back. This ain't the first time I've had trouble with their online ordering, and I'm done with their lack of care. I'm switching to better places with good service and fair refunds if things go wrong. Lesson learned: reliability matters when shopping online.

    I just bought something from your store and didn't get any updates on when it would be shipped. I tried talking to customer service but they weren't much help and wouldn't let me cancel my order. It was pretty frustrating and I was pretty disappointed.

    Recent Cleats Purchase

    I just got some new cleats, and honestly, I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing. I had to put in all my info, even my credit card stuff, and then they hit me with the news that they don't even have the product. It feels kind of shady to ask for all that personal info before checking if they actually have it. Plus, they didn't even mention when it would ship or if they really had the cleats in stock like they said. Not a great way for a company to do business.

    Wrong shoes received

    I ordered two pairs of shoes and ended up receiving someone else's order instead, which was a big mix-up. So, I had to reach out to customer service, print a return label, and take the wrong shoes to a UPS drop-off point. But after some days, they only refunded me for one pair instead of both. I had to wait, send emails, and ultimately call back to get it all sorted out after more days of waiting. It was quite a hassle and very frustrating to deal with.

    Online order delivery delay

    I recently had a big problem with a massive online order I made for Christmas delivery. Even though they said it would arrive by December 23rd, I checked today and saw it's now only 16 miles away at a hub and won't get to me until December 27th. I tried reaching out to UPS and Hibbett Sports for help, but unfortunately, I spoke with a super unhelpful and unsympathetic supervisor named Loretta. I asked if I could just pick up the item myself but she just flat out refused to offer any kind of solution. This total lack of care and my bad experience with their customer service rep really changed how I feel about the brand.

    I can't believe how disrespectful they were to my order at that store. I ordered from Hibbett's online and when I got there, the person working said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went to Walmart to do some stuff, but when I got back, they hadn't even started on my order. It wasn't even busy, so there's really no excuse for treating customers like that.

    I am so frustrated with my recent purchase from this company. The shipping process has been a complete disaster, with hardly any updates and no clear idea of when my order will arrive. I paid extra for shipping, but they decided to use the slowest option possible during a busy time, which is just ridiculous. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever get my shoes, and the fact that they're not keeping me informed is really not ok. It shouldn't be this hard to get something you've already paid for. Needless to say, I won't be using this company again in the future with so many other places that care about getting deliveries out on time.

    I just went to that store and it was really disappointing. They hardly had any shoes and the customer service was terrible. They said they had tons of shoes, but when I asked for three pairs in my size, they were suddenly out of stock. The service at the Jonesboro store has really gone downhill lately - it seems like they care more about avoiding customers than actually selling anything. It's really sad to see their customer service change so much, especially since I've been a loyal customer for so long and I really value good service.

    I'm really upset about my first time shopping at this store. The box my boots came in looked like it had been crushed and the boots looked used. I couldn't believe how careless they were in packaging my order. I wish I could show you a picture of how bad the boots and box looked. I definitely won't be shopping at this store again.

    Daughter's shoes

    I am so fed up with this company! They just can't seem to get their act together. This is now the second time they've messed up my order and my daughter still doesn't have her shoes. I need them before Christmas and it's just ridiculous that they're not here yet. Their customer service is a joke and it seems like they don't care at all about my problems. I mean, come on, I expect way better from a company like this.

    I just wanted to share a frustrating experience I had recently. I ordered some Christmas gifts online, and one of the items never arrived. I tried to sort it out through their online system, but got nowhere. When I finally called customer service, the person I spoke to laughed and said my claim might not go through, even though they can see the item is still with the carrier. It's really annoying that they didn't even try to fix the problem. I definitely won't be shopping with them again, and I'd suggest others do the same.
