Over 600 worth of health supplies
I was told by customer service that in order to get my perks points for the $600 order I made this morning (not even 12 hours ago) I would need to return the box the HSA Store just shipped out (I got a tracking number this evening so the box is on its way), then create a loyalty perks account, reorder the same items, and have these items reshipped to me just to get my points! What a waste of resources & terrible customer service! This issue could & should have been fixed with a few clicks on a computer. Such a shame. :( I have screen shots of the conversation to verify this review.

DPL Foot Pain Relief Slippers, $169.00
My order was placed on Aug. 23rd and arrived on Aug 30th, 21. I opened the box for the Foot Pain Relief Slippers, looking for relief from my aching feet. There was no directions included with the DPL slippers. I plugged them in, slipped them on, turned on the switch and sat for 1-hour for 5-consecutive days, and I did not feel the slightest bit of relief.
On Sept.6, I contacted HSA to initiate a return. I was shocked to learn their return policy becomes void by the consumer opening and/or applying a device or product... That is the more absurd return policy I have ever encountered.
A rigid return policy should at the very least be POSTED on the product information page, [particularly with electronic products] THIS ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED IF OPENED. One could conceivably receive a product that requires electricity and find the product does not work when plugged in..."To bad you opened the package, we don't accept returns on products that have been opened or used, regardless of whether they work or not... I am sorry for your inconvenience." Really? $169.00 is not an inconvenience it is a rip-off... HSA store provides their customers with product reviews for many of the products they sell, however, I learned the HSA store does not allow their customers to review products they purchased. I was not able to share my experience with other consumers of the HSA store... HSA's business practices are duplicitous to say least. I have contacted the BBB, regarding this matter.
BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING AT THE HSA STORE...there's a reason why Amazon is surpassing all other online stores. They excel in customer service.I WILL NOT BUY HERE AGAIN...I could not find where to edit my answer.

On the positive note - it was great getting supplies delivered to the house during isolation and stay at home orders - pricing aside, I was able to use my HSA card to make the purchase which included shipping and taxes (it would help if they added it to the order confirmation in order to match up expenses)
On the downside - not a week later the card was compromised for two charges which resulted in 600 dollars in fraudulent charges via a SQ mobile account. I used my card no where else at this time period and suspect the web site or links were not secure. So be wary of any charges coming over your HSA following purchases made online. HSA accounts are just as compromised as any other bank card.
Summary, while the service was great, I would not be using this store again due to security issues. Because of this I gave ordering one star.Useful products
All products are useful of this store.I personally believe return policy shows , confidence of store especially when talk about healthcare products.
Six years back when I was single ,introduced HSA store for some skin problems.That time I was so disappointed by medicines I was using from regular medical shops.
