Tracy and Sam have always been super helpful and spot-on with their info, making sure I get the right fit every time. On top of that, I've gotten free shipping on all my orders, which is a nice little perk. Returns have been a breeze too, making my whole shopping experience even better. All they sent me was the same canned "email customer service" message that doesn't actually fix anything. It's definitely a scam from China, steer clear of them.

I just bought a jacket from this company, but it ended up being too small for me. It's pretty frustrating and unprofessional to be ignored like this. I just want to exchange the jacket for the right size, not get a refund, but all I'm getting is silence on the other end.
