I gotta say, I was kinda shocked when I saw all the negative comments about this company because my own experience has been pretty darn good. I've been a customer for three years now, and every time I've ordered something, I've reached out to customer service to double-check the sizing. Tracy and Sam have always been super helpful and spot-on with their info, making sure I get the right fit every time. On top of that, I've gotten free shipping on all my orders, which is a nice little perk. Returns have been a breeze too, making my whole shopping experience even better. It's pretty frustrating and unprofessional to be ignored like this. I just want to exchange the jacket for the right size, not get a refund, but all I'm getting is silence on the other end. It's really discouraging to have such a hard time getting help after investing money in a product.

I ordered some things online a few weeks back and I swear it's taking a million years for my stuff to get here. I've been trying to get in touch through emails but I'm not getting any responses. I still haven't gotten what I paid for and I haven't seen my money come back to me either. Dealing with this kind of careless service is seriously getting on my nerves.

I've tried calling, chatting, and emailing customer service, but no luck getting a response about the missing pair. I gotta say, this whole situation has me pretty frustrated and let down with this company's lack of communication and customer service.

I ordered two things from this online store and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. The first thing came right on time, but the second one is a total no-show. I've sent four emails and made a bunch of calls but it's like I'm getting ghosted. And get this - they gave me the same tracking number for both items, even though they're supposed to be coming separately. It feels like they're messing around with their customers and it's seriously annoying. I'm starting to think this company might be up to some shady stuff.
