Beautiful product! I got it and had it shipped to my friend overseas and she loved it! I did contact Support and they kindly helped me with what I needed in no time. I literally waited less than 5 minutes to get a response. I highly recommend this company!

My husband ordered me a bracelet for Christmas and when the box arrived it was empty. He got in contact with customer service, they asked for pictures of the empty box (which was fine). They finally shipped it on Dec 27th didn't arrive until 1/10/23. Worst customer service. Joseph was not helpful at all. This is sad, you want to support a small business but when they ruin your Christmas gift you would think they would do a rush shipping so the customer is happy. I will never shop with them again.

Bracelets for Christmas gifts
On line order:
I NEVER leave reviews, but I felt that I needed to on this. Order items 4 items on November 28th, 2022. I received only 2 of them. Emailed the company and were quick to respond. Said they would be shipping out the additional 2 on December 9th. I get an email on December 16th that they are out of stock. I picked 2 other Items to replace and now saying it takes 5-7 days to process and would and could -not guarantee Christmas delivery. I asked since this has been many errors on there part, if they could expedite this order so I can get this gift by Christmas and answer was pretty much No. So shipping is extremely extremely slow, several errors on my order and no accommodating and no care or concern to make up for it. Thanks Karma and Luck for ruining my nieces Christmas present they wanted. So they refunded my money on 12/19/2022 let's see how long it takes for that. Will never order from them again!!Hi Kimberly,
