As someone who loves Korean culture, I've bought a lot of Korean stuff from overseas shipping websites. But the shipping fees were crazy high, making it hard for me to buy anything. About two years ago, I found Kmall24 online and it changed the game for me. They sell only 100% Korean products, so I know I'm getting the real deal. What's cool about Kmall24 is they often have free shipping offers, which really helps cut down on costs. With their awesome products and affordable shipping, I highly recommend Kmall24 to anyone who's into Korean culture like me.

I've been shopping at this online store for a while now, and I have to say, I'm always super impressed with the service and products I get. I never have to wait long for my orders, the packaging is always on point, and I love getting those free samples and gifts with my purchase. The customer service is amazing too, always quick to answer any questions I have. I bought some Korean masks from this website the other day and everything seemed good at first. The prices were fair and the shipping was really quick, which was awesome. But then things took a turn for the worse when I realized that one of the boxes was missing from my order. I contacted customer service thinking they would help but boy, was I wrong. It was like a total nightmare dealing with them.

I've been shopping at this online store for a while, and let me tell you, it's been a wild ride. I ordered this Astro concert DVD from this company and honestly, it's been such a nightmare. I made the purchase months ago and I still haven't even gotten it. I've been reaching out to them through emails and even tried on Instagram, but they've been straight up ignoring me since mid-February. The whole thing has been a mess. They keep sending back the package multiple times because they can't seem to figure out my address. Now, it feels like my money was just thrown out the window with no DVD in sight. I'm beyond frustrated and totally let down by this whole situation. These guys really dropped the ball.
Delayed order, unhelpful customer service
I bought something from this website not too long ago and it's been 15 days already with no sign of it being shipped out. I tried reaching out to customer service to figure out what the hold up is, but they weren't much help. They didn't give me any answers or even let me know what's going on with my order. It's pretty annoying to shell out money for something and then have no idea when it's gonna get to you. I wouldn't suggest this site to anyone who wants their stuff on time, that's for sure.
Affordable items with suspiciously low prices
I recently bought some items online that were super cheap, almost too good to be true. I got a tracking number from USPS through PayPal a few days after placing my order, but when I checked it, the package had supposedly been delivered the day before. Turns out, I never got my stuff. I tried reaching out to the seller and the website a bunch of times, but no one got back to me. So, I called up USPS to ask about the tracking number they gave me. Turns out, it was for a different address and didn't match what I ordered. Big red flag! I contacted PayPal right away to report the problem and start an investigation. The seller did the same, and even though PayPal told me to wait, my case got denied and closed. Lesson learned - trust your instincts and be careful with new websites. Losing $69.00 sucks, but staying safe is more important. Next time, I'll research before buying from unfamiliar sites. I'll keep pushing for justice, but I want others to watch out for that sketchy website.
Cosmetic products and a light stick
I got some beauty products and a light stick from Kmall24, and it was a total nightmare. So first off, the website said I could pay with a credit card, but every time I tried, it sent me to PayPal instead. After finally giving in and using PayPal, I got an email saying one of my items was out of stock and they were going to refund me. Okay, fine, I get it. But then my order was stuck in "Processing" for over a week, and when I asked about it, they said they were having issues with stock and needed more time. I tried to cancel my order a bunch of times, but they just ignored me and sent it out without even telling me. And to top it all off, the items arrived damaged and it was obvious they weren't handled carefully. It was just a terrible experience all around.
Clothing and accessories
I had a really bad experience with that online store. Their customer service was just plain awful. They gave me the wrong tracking number and their responses were incomplete and took forever. I had to keep bugging them and giving them all sorts of details just to get a decent reply, but it was a total waste of time. I eventually had to get PayPal involved to get my money back. It's obvious they don't care about their customers at all. I definitely recommend staying away from this store to avoid all the trouble and wasted time.
Online shopping frustration
This website is a disaster when it comes to payment options. I was really looking forward to buying stuff from here, but that excitement turned into frustration real quick. They only take Alipay and credit cards, and Alipay only works in Mainland China. I don't have a credit card, so I thought I could use my debit card, but nope, that didn't fly. I got in touch with customer service, and they said it should work, but surprise surprise, it didn't. I even tried using PayPal, but that wasn't an option either. I've tried emailing and sliding into their DMs on Instagram, but no luck. It's a bummer that this site is pretty much off-limits for people outside of Mainland China or those without a credit card.
