Quick chat for resolution
I just talked with the tech guy and he sent me a quick email with the solution. We had a really nice and helpful conversation, and now I understand the problem better. It was a great exchange overall.
Replacement software for Luminar legacy products
I recently had a great experience talking to customer service about my issue with my Luminar legacy products not working right on my iMac with OS 11 Big Sur. The 'Chat' on the support page was super helpful in getting me in touch with someone who knew their stuff and gave me instant advice on how to fix the compatibility problem. After trying a few things that didn't work, they offered to replace it with Luminar 4. I was happy not only with the new features in Luminar 4 but also with how quick, friendly, and efficient the service from the Luminar team was. It was really smooth and nice dealing with them.
Billing issue
Oh my gosh, I had the worst problem with their billing department. They were trying to charge me for another year even though I didn't want it. I told them there was no way I was going to pay, but they said tough luck, they already billed me. Ugh, it was so frustrating.
App update issue
I've been struggling to update this app for a while now! But I finally reached out to customer support, and they got back to me really fast. They gave me the solution in just a few minutes, and then I was able to update the app with no issues at all. Their service really impressed me!
Mobile editing freedom
As someone who loves taking photos, I just found out how awesome it is to edit my pictures right on my phone with this amazing editing app I got. It's so cool to be able to tweak my photos wherever I am, without needing to be at a computer. It's really changed how I work with my photos - now I can go from taking a picture to making it really pop, all on my phone. It's a total game-changer for me, keeping me productive and artistic even when I'm not sitting at a desk.
Spectacular photo editing software with PS plugin
At first, I wasn't sure about it, but now I'm absolutely loving this amazing photo editing software. The Photoshop plugin has totally changed the game for me, and the customer service is outstanding. The additional features really make a difference in improving my editing workflow.
Issue with file type compatibility
I just had a problem opening a certain file on the program, so I decided to chat with customer service for help. They passed me on to the tech team, but the issue was fixed super quickly, in under a minute. The tech guy really knew his stuff and provided great service. Overall, the customer service here is top-notch.

My editing software totally crashed on me while I was in the middle of working on my photos, which was a major bummer. But thankfully, Vlada from customer support swooped in and saved the day by helping me fix it super quickly and easily. She was so patient, professional, and really detailed in her explanations. So grateful for her help - shoutout to Vlada!
