I was really freaking out about trying to find a dress for my reception, but luckily I found the most amazing one at this store. The girl who was helping me out, Melissa, was seriously so sweet and she knew her stuff. Plus, I ended up snagging some other really adorable things for the weekend. I'm already looking forward to going back to shop there again!
Quick and helpful online chat experience
The online chat service was awesome! I got help right away from a super nice person who answered all my questions perfectly. It was so easy and smooth, I was really pleased with the service.
Emergency situation, extended return deadline
The customer service at this store is seriously the best! I got 3 dresses from there, but had to return 2 because of a last-minute emergency. I ended up missing the return deadline, but when I contacted customer support, they were so nice and let me return them anyway. I really appreciate their understanding and flexibility. Thank you!
Store credit only for returns
I think it's pretty strange that this online store only gives you store credit when you return stuff. It feels like they're trying to keep people from actually getting their money back, instead of making sure they're happy with what they bought. Only offering store credit could really annoy customers who end up with something that doesn't fit right or isn't what they wanted. It would be way better for customers if they could just get a full refund when they return things.
Bridal dresses, bachelorette outfits, swimsuits, rehearsal dress, after party dress
The clothes at this shop are seriously top-notch. They are such high quality and absolutely stunning. I can't even put into words how amazed I am by the skill and detail in every piece I've bought. From my wedding dresses to my bachelorette outfits, swimsuits, rehearsal dinner dress, and after party attire, Meshki always goes above and beyond. The customer service is amazing too - always super friendly, know their stuff, and ready to help with any questions or issues. Dresses
Oh my goodness, I just have to share about these dresses I bought from this store! They are seriously adorable and beautiful! I had to return one because it was huge, like it was made for giants or something. But let me tell you, the lady in customer service, Shiena, was amazingly nice and helpful. Duplicate Order Fiasco
I just bought a couple of dresses online, but somehow I got charged twice for the same items. It was pretty confusing to get two emails with different order numbers for the same dresses. Luckily, Gigi from customer service was really helpful and fixed everything super fast. I contacted her right away to explain what happened, and she was quick to sort out the issue and give me a refund. I was so relieved and thankful for her help dealing with this mix-up. Thanks a bunch, Gigi, for being so prompt and efficient!
Package issue resolved
I just wanted to share that the customer service team really came through for me when I had a problem with a package that was marked as delivered but never made it to me. They were quick to respond and gave me the option of getting a refund or credit. They were super nice and understanding the whole time. I was really impressed with how they handled everything and would totally suggest their customer service to anyone else.
Graduation dress
I recently bought a graduation dress from this store, and I was really let down by how the dress turned out. It showed up in bad shape with snags in the fabric, cheap jewelry falling off, rusty hardware, and runs in the material. I spent a lot on this dress, and it wasn't even packaged well. The customer service replies were automated and took forever, and they didn't seem to care at all. Their only solution was to send the dress back, which wasn't ideal for a big event like graduation. It feels like they're trying to trick people with their products and customer service.
Wedding dress
I picked up this dress for my cousin's wedding and it was really adorable, but the sizing was a bit off. It felt snug around my chest but kept slipping off my hips - kind of strange! It was like the dress couldn't make up its mind if it wanted to be tight or loose. I ended up returning it and Veronica was so helpful. She was super friendly and made the whole process simple and easy. I might consider giving this store another chance if they have more cute clothes like that dress.
Dress
I bought a dress from this company not too long ago and man, I was really let down by their return policy. So, I get the dress and it's not fitting right, you know? I go to return it and they hit me with the news that I can only get store credit, no refund. That's such a hassle for me and others who need to try different sizes and send stuff back that doesn't work out. Their strict return rules really bummed me out and I don't think I'll be shopping there again.

Amazing clothes for my cousin's wedding
OMG, this store is seriously amazing! I'm shopping for my cousin's wedding and the clothes here are gorgeous! They're so pretty and look super fancy. And they fit really well too. The return process was a breeze. I'm definitely going to spread the word to all my friends about this place!
Silk dress
I recently took a chance on some pieces from this store and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. The stuff I bought was top-notch quality, and the styles were super sleek and elegant. Shipping was actually pretty fast, even though it had to come a long way to get to me. But man, the prices on these clothes were no joke! It gave me pause about buying more in the future. Returning stuff, if I ever needed to, seemed like it could be a pain and cost a pretty penny, but at least the customer service was really helpful when I had questions. Despite the pricey shipping and returns, I have to admit, I keep getting drawn back by Meshki's fancy fabrics and stylish looks.

I just got some stuff from the store and it was actually pretty good. I've had some bad experiences with other stores before where the stuff was cheap and didn't fit right. But this time, everything was nice and felt like good quality. It fit just right, like it should.

Dress quality is great, but sizing may be off
The delivery estimate was pretty close, but honestly, the whole delivery thing was a mess and my order ended up going to the wrong spot. Luckily, the customer service team really came through and helped fix everything so I finally got my stuff. The size was a little wonky, but the product itself is top-notch quality. All in all, I'd say I'm about 90% happy with how things turned out.
My order arrived late
My order got stuck at the post office, but Meshki really came through for me! Even though it wasn't their fault, they handled the situation really well. They gave me a bunch of choices to resolve the issue, which was really awesome of them. They were super nice and understanding through it all. I'll for sure be shopping with them again because their customer service is seriously impressive!
