    Hunter wellies

    I bought a pair of wellies from this company to give to my daughter-in-law for Christmas. But they ended up leaking water soon after she started wearing them. I reached out about the issue on January 5th, and it's still not fixed as of January 30th. The customer service I've gotten has been awful, and I'm really disappointed with how this whole thing has gone down. I'd recommend staying away from this company if you can.

    I wanna tell you about this order I made that just ended up being a total letdown. I had to send it back, and even though the tracking number says it got back on September 18th, I still haven't seen a refund for a lot of money yet. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, both through chat and messaging, but all they keep saying is to be patient and that they're looking into it. It's October 5th now and I haven't heard anything about my refund. This whole thing has been super frustrating and kind of feels like a scam. I'm even thinking about getting my credit card company involved to try to fix this mess. Customer service really needs to step up their game because this lack of communication and action just isn't cutting it. I'd advise others to watch out before dealing with this.

    I tried out the live chat on their website and it was fine, but that's about the only good thing to say. I placed an order for next day delivery, only to later find out they claimed the payment had failed. I never got any notification or explanation from them, which I think is pretty unprofessional. I checked with my bank and everything was good on my side. It's fishy that the payment problem only popped up after I got a confirmation email and they already accepted my card details. Their solution? Cancel the order and make a new one. This whole mess has really turned me off and I won't be shopping with them again.

    I recently bought a bunch of stuff from an online clothing store. The customer service before my purchase was good, and the stuff I got was really good quality. But when I had to return some things because they didn't fit, it was a hassle. They said the return process would be easy, but it was actually really hard. I had to send the items back to Poland, which cost me a lot since I'm in the UK. Even after showing that I sent the package back, it seemed to disappear and I had to wait over a month for a response. Every time I contact customer service, they make me wait another five days. Dealing with the return process has been super frustrating, and I suggest being careful if you shop there.
