Gadget order
When I found this online store, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order arrived. Unlike some other places, I got my stuff in just three weeks, which was awesome. But I did notice that the prices were a bit high, especially when you factor in the taxes on orders over $72. It would be nice to see some better deals to make it easier for folks like me who want a good price without spending too much. I just wanted to share my recent online shopping experience with y'all. I found this awesome store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The prices are so good and even though my stuff came all the way from China, the shipping was quick. Every time I ordered, my stuff was right and paying was easy. I bought some LED string lights from this online store not too long ago. Even though I saw a few bad reviews, I still decided to go for it. To my surprise, everything turned out great! Ordering was a breeze, and I splurged a little for tracking just to be safe. The shipping was fast and my lights arrived in perfect shape. I had shopped from them on eBay before, but finding them as Newfrog was a happy accident. I'll definitely be back to shop again.

Even though some people had some bad things to say, I actually had a really good experience with them. My order showed up in just 11 days, which was faster than I expected based on what others were saying. The stuff I got was all in good shape, and I liked being able to keep an eye on my order as it made its way to me. All in all, I was happy with what I bought.

Electronic device
My experience with NewFrog has been really disappointing. Their customer service hasn't been great, with them always putting off sending a replacement item and making excuses. It's annoying to see them claiming something is out of stock for a week, but still selling it on their site. This makes me doubt how honest and reliable they are. Also, it seems like they're not taking responsibility for their products since negative reviews magically disappear from the product pages. All of this just makes it hard to trust the brand.
Graphics card purchase
I'm so annoyed - I ordered a graphics card online that was supposed to be 4GB, but it turned out to only be 2GB! Can you believe that? I was really upset because I worked hard for the money I spent on it, and it was not what I expected. I tried emailing them, but they never responded. I guess I should have just paid a little more and bought it from a physical store instead of trying to save some money. Now I know for next time!
Security concerns with online purchase
I had a really bad experience with shopping online from this one website. After I accidentally bought something from them for a super low price, I started getting emails I didn't ask for. That's when I got worried and figured out that my credit card info was being messed with. So, I stopped using that website right away. I really don't think anyone should shop there because I think the good reviews are fake. I hope others will share their stories on places like Trustpilot to help out other shoppers.
Various items including head lights, 32GB memory card
I've bought some stuff on this website and most of it's been pretty good. The headlights are bright and cheaper than other places. But some of them drain batteries even when off. And the 32GB memory card I got had some malware on it, luckily my security software caught it.
Faulty camcorder purchase
I bought a camcorder that was made of flimsy plastic and had a bunch of problems. When I tried to zoom in and out, it would freeze up. The picture quality was not great either. I asked for my money back right away, but it took 5 days for customer service to get back to me. Finally, they gave me a full refund and let me keep the camera. It wasn't a great time dealing with all of this, but at least I got my cash back.
Bluetooth headphones
I just bought a pair of Bluetooth headphones from this site and man, it was a total disaster. Right from the start, the site looked sketchy with really cheap prices and they even gave me a fake tracking number. The headphones never showed up and when I tried to contact customer service, they were worthless and never got back to me. Ended up losing $100 and definitely won't be making that mistake again. Don't even bother with this site, it's a total scam!
Overpriced junk
This company is absolutely ridiculous and a total fraud! Their service is awful and their emails are so rude. Can you believe they have the nerve to ask if you're willing to wait longer for your order when they can't even give you basic tracking details? It's like they believe we're all fools who will buy into any lame excuse they come up with. And let's not even talk about their refund policy - they'll keep giving you false hope until you figure out your package likely never existed. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sketchy business, they're just a bunch of thieves!
Black leather backpack
I got this black leather backpack from here and it was alright for the price. The quality was decent, nothing amazing though. But man, the shipping was a letdown. It took forever for them to even ship out my order - a whole week just for processing. I know shipping can be slow, but waiting that long just for them to get it together was kind of ridiculous.
Bluetooth earphones
I ordered a pair of Bluetooth earphones that were supposed to come with tracking for an extra charge. However, the tracking info they gave me was fake, and the earphones never showed up. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company, my bad experience lines up with other negative reviews. It's best to avoid the hassle and steer clear of them.
