    Long sleeve signature polo in red color ,Whether breaker Jacket ,best for all seasons ,as prices are good so just two items for self .I can't book without adding her items.Multicolor cardigan and Natural Cashmere cardigan .This cashmere cardigan in white color is comparatively very costly ,though I have seen at many websites , cashmere items are costly due to its availability

    Tough Squeaky Dog Toys

    Don't waste your money on those cheap toys that fall apart right away - these Tough Squeaky Dog Toys are the real deal. I got them for my five dogs, who are a mix of small, medium, and large Australian Shepherds, and these toys have held up really well. Normally, my pups can destroy a new toy in no time, but these have lasted 10 days and counting. They enjoy the challenge of trying to rip them apart, but they haven't been successful yet. I'll definitely be getting more of these - they've made a big difference in my home.

    Customer service experience with a product issue

    I just called customer service about a problem I had with something I bought from this company. I talked to a lady named Zorrah who was really helpful and super nice. She did a great job and was really professional. I was amazed at how good the customer service was and felt like they took care of my problem quickly and well. It was clear that the company really cares about its customers, and I'm thankful for the effort they put into making sure customers have a good experience.

    Safari pants with leg zippers

    I bought a pair of safari pants with leg zippers for my trip to Tanzania, and the left leg zipper broke after just a few wears. It was made of plastic, unlike better quality metal zippers. I paid over $100 for these pants and was disappointed by the lack of durability. Dealing with the zipper issue while on safari was frustrating since I couldn't return or replace the pants. Overall, I was let down by the leg zipper performance on these pants.

    Leather belt

    I recently bought a leather belt from this company, but I had to swap it out because it was too small. The 40" belt I got was smaller than others I've owned, so I switched it for a 42" one that fit better. However, when I got my refund, it was lower than I expected because they took out the original shipping cost and return charges, which was almost $20. I wasn't too happy about that, especially since most other places offer free shipping and returns. It made the whole experience kind of a letdown.

    I received these gloves from my sister as a Christmas gift, but they turned out to be too small for me. I thought of exchanging them online, however, the return portal wasn't working! I tried reaching out through emails many times, but I only received a response after forwarding the emails from a different address. Later, when I attempted to return a shirt that didn't fit, I faced the same issue! The return portal was apparently down for maintenance or some other reason. But seriously, why couldn't they just inform us about that? It's just so annoying!

    It's so annoying when you're trying to buy something online and the website is no help at all. It's like they don't even want you to purchase their stuff. There are tons of things in the store that you can't even find on their site, so you can't see everything they've got. It's a bummer, I would've bought more if I could see everything online.     I bought five shirts that were a total disappointment, so I thought I'd send them back. I used the return label and tracking number the company gave me, but they're saying they never got the shirts. They're basically telling me it's not their problem because they don't keep track of return tracking numbers! It's super frustrating, and now I'm going back and forth with my credit card company to sort it out.

    I've been with this company for years now, but it's been really tough trying to get them to stop sending me emails. I keep telling them I don't want their messages, but they just keep coming, thanking me for orders I never made. It's frustrating and makes me feel like they don't care about what I want. I've reached out to customer service several times, and they always say they'll take me off the list, but then I get another email a few days later. It's really starting to get on my nerves and I don't feel like they value me as a customer. I've been in the business for a long time, and I know that ignoring customer feedback can drive people away and hurt the company's reputation.

    Helios fly fishing rod

    I recently bought the Helios fly fishing rod and man, was I let down. Right off the bat, the tip broke within minutes of using it, which left me feeling frustrated and just plain unlucky. And now they've got this new and improved version out there claiming to be stronger, which just feels like salt in the wound. It's pretty obvious they knew about the issue with the old model but still went ahead and released a new one without fixing it first. As a customer, I expect a product to be tough and reliable, and sadly, the Helios rod just didn't cut it.

    So, I'm gonna be taking my business elsewhere, probably to Sage. I know I can count on them for quality products. It's just sad to see a company not standing by their stuff and leaving us customers hanging when things go wrong.

    Overpriced men's clothing, cheap quality, limited sizes, expensive return shipping

    I was really let down by the men's clothing at that store. The prices were way too high for the low-quality stuff they had. Plus, the sizes were all messed up - everything ran too small. And when I tried to return some things, they made me pay for the shipping! And their sales? Forget about it. They never have any sizes left except small. This brand is definitely not doing too hot.
