    Hand wash and massage

    I had an amazing time at the store. When my family and I walked in, Alison greeted us with such a warm and friendly welcome. She knew so much about the products and even took the time to tell us about the company's values, which really impressed me. Alison showed me a bunch of different products and even gave me a wonderful hand wash and massage that went above and beyond. I ended up buying two items because of how great she was. I usually don't do memberships, but Alison's exceptional service convinced me to sign up for Rituals. She really is a treasure and the company should be grateful to have her. The other staff at the store were also super nice and made the whole experience enjoyable. The products are top-notch and reasonably priced, but it's the outstanding service from people like Alison that will keep customers coming back. Thanks again to Alison for making my visit so awesome!

    Handwash and hand cream

    I recently bought refill bottles of handwash and hand cream from this store. Unfortunately, when my order showed up, the handwash bottles had leaked in the box, making a big mess. But I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I got. The Yodel delivery guy noticed the problem right away and took the damaged package back on the spot. I called customer service and the nice lady I talked to was really helpful. She gave me the choice of a replacement or a refund, and I chose to get a replacement. The next day, the delivery came in good shape, with the same driver making sure everything was fine this time. Despite the initial issue, I had a good experience thanks to the quick fix and awesome service from both the store and the delivery driver.

    Ranges of amazing products

    Yeah, so, we've been buying stuff both in stores and online, and let me tell you, it's been amazing! The staff at the stores are really friendly and helpful, and when we contact them online, they always respond super quickly. The shower products, hand creams, and room sprays are all top-notch. We especially enjoyed the advent calendar and Easter surprise they had. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but we feel like it's worth it considering the quality of the products. Also, being a member comes with some cool perks on the app. They use Yodel for deliveries, but we haven't had any issues with them so far. Yeah, some things are a bit expensive, but in our opinion, they are totally worth it. Peace!

    Cool stuff

    Oh my gosh, so I ordered some super cool stuff about three weeks ago, and everything was amazing! But then, before it could get delivered, I got into an accident and had to stay in the hospital for two weeks. Because of that, I missed the delivery and it got sent back to the post office after a week. I reached out to customer support, and they refunded me the entire amount in just one day. How amazing is that?

    Face bronzer purchase

    I just bought a face bronzer from this store, and when it showed up all beat up, but the staff swapped it out without any issue. The diffuser selection is awesome, I'm always happy picking them up. Kinda annoying how most reviews only talk about bad customer service instead of the products, though.

    Scented candles and house fragrance

    Oh my gosh, me and my best friend and my dog went to that new store and it was so great! The manager lady was super nice, and this guy there even gave us some tea. We ended up buying this adorable set of candles and they even threw in a free gift. It was like a little party for my nose!

    Email address change issue

    I tried to switch my email address on the website but it just wouldn't work. So, I reached out to customer service and they told me that Rituals doesn't have the capability to change email addresses. Their only suggestion was to make a whole new account. It's kind of frustrating that in this modern age, such a simple thing like changing an email isn't an option.

    Gift card delivery issue

    I needed to get a gift card for my sister-in-law and have it shipped to her. Most places offer this kind of thing for free, but Rituals charged me $3.60! I was shocked when I got a message from the delivery company saying they couldn't drop off the gift card because my sister-in-law wasn't there. She lives in a small town and now she has to drive a long way just to get a flat envelope! I got in touch with Rituals and all they said was sorry, it happens, sometimes the delivery person is too busy... Really? Then they tried to act all cute by saying it was nice of me to try and surprise my sister-in-law. Well, let me tell you, this was not a pleasant surprise at all! My recommendation to you is to find somewhere else that guarantees delivery without extra fees! This gift was far from pleasant!

    Online order of defective room fragrance

    So I went to this store thinking it was gonna be all zen and chill, but boy was I wrong. I ordered something online and when it arrived, the room fragrance I got was leaking all over the place. I tried to get a return label online and reached out to customer service, but they ghosted me. The website said I could return online orders in-store, so I went there. Two employees said it could be done, but then they hit me with the "oh, you still gotta pay first." So I did, went back a few days later, and guess what? Another employee said nah, can't return online orders in-store. Plus, where's that gift they promised to make up for the hassle? Talk about giving me the runaround and false hope. So annoying.

    I'm really bummed out about the changes to my online order. I got the confirmation, but then I saw they took stuff out of it without even telling me. It's happened more than once now, and the last time was during the holidays with limited stuff. I'm super upset and I might not buy from this company again, especially online. I'm a good customer, but this unprofessional stuff is not cool. Customer service hasn't been much help, just making excuses for the screw-ups. They don't seem to get it and it's left me with a bad feeling.

    I recently had an online service experience with this company that was pretty disappointing. The products themselves are actually really good, but the customer service was seriously lacking. I had some issues with my account that were stopping me from making more orders. When I reached out through the chat, all I got were automated responses that didn't really help. I tried calling, waited forever on hold, and finally talked to someone who just deactivated my account because they couldn't reset my password. They said I could place one last order and still get my membership gift, but that never happened. I even followed up with emails, but it seemed like they just vanished into thin air. So yeah, overall, my experience with their online service was a huge letdown.

    The products I got were really good quality, no complaints there. But man, the delivery service was a mess. The stuff itself was great and just what I was looking for. But the packaging was junk, and one of the things got messed up during shipping. They used GLS as the carrier, and they obviously didn't handle it right because my soap dispenser was shattered when it got to me. The box they used was way too big, which just left everything open to getting damaged. I was pretty bummed out about the whole delivery situation, to be honest.

    Gift order never arrived

    I ordered a gift for my friend like two weeks back and it still hasn't shown up! I paid as quick as I could, but there's no sign of the present anywhere. The customer service is terrible - they're just giving me the runaround and no one is even dealing with my order. All I'm getting are these generic, automated responses. I feel like I've lost my money for good and it's really irritating. I should've just gone to a physical store. This brand is history for me - they've got enough from my wallet already.

    Birthday gift for Rituals members

    I got an email saying I was getting a cream as a gift. I was so excited and went to the store to pick it up. But then they told me I had to spend 599 kr to actually get the gift. Left the store feeling really disappointed...

    On Whats Up, it says "......In order to take advantage of our nice birthday gift as a member, it needs to be in connection with any purchase of your choice. There is no specific amount that you must reach in order to receive an extra gift in original size for free...."

    I've never had to pay to get a gift before!! That's just crazy and really sad.
