Replacement items
I've been a customer here for a long time, and some of the stuff I bought way back when is still good to go. But recently, I ran into a problem with a few items I bought and had to reach out to customer service. They really came through for me though, sending me two replacements within a week without giving me a hard time or asking a bunch of questions. That's the kind of customer service I expect from a brand known for top-notch products, even if they do cost a little more than others. I'm really impressed with how quick and professional the team handled everything, and I'll definitely keep coming back here in the future.
Striders trousers, micro fleece, Eos jacket
I went to this really cool store a couple of times with my family. My husband got me a gift card for Christmas and I picked out some amazing stuff! I got these awesome Striders pants and a comfy micro fleece. But then I had to exchange sizes for the pants and they were really nice about it. Today, we both bought these awesome Eos jackets. Plus, they fixed one of my pants for free! Shoutout to Craig, he was super nice and helpful. His customer service skills are top-notch! I also saw him helping other people too. Definitely planning on going back again!
Trekking clothes
I've been a customer of this brand for years. I love their trekking clothes for all my outdoor adventures. The quality is top-notch - the fabrics are tough and hold up to wear and tear. The colors stay vibrant, and even after lots of washes, the clothes keep their shape. I used to shop at a store, but it closed, so now I order online. It's been a smooth transition, and my orders always come on time. Returns are easy too - they exchange or refund right away. I really appreciate this company and will keep coming back as a happy customer.
Puffer jacket repair
I was so devastated when my favorite puffer jacket got ripped while I was out. I thought it was done for, but I decided to try out this repair service. I sent it off to them, and I am honestly amazed by how great it looks now. They did a fantastic job on it, and now my jacket looks good as new. Jacket issue resolution
I had a problem with a couple of jackets I got from this company. After just 2.5 years of not wearing them much, they got messed up in the wash. I contacted their customer service to see if they could help me reproof the coats. They didn't just say sorry for the trouble, they also sent me new jackets right away, which got to me in a week. I'm really happy with how they handled things and I'll definitely keep shopping with them.
Defective trousers
The pants I got from this store ended up having a defect in how they were made. I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful the whole way through. They kept me updated on what was happening and even paid for me to send the pants back. The fix they did on the pants was really well done. I just want to give a big shoutout to Tammy and everyone else on the team for their amazing service.
Trousers repair service
I had a problem with the zipper on some pants I bought from your store a few years ago. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a pre-paid label to mail the pants back for repair. Despite my not-so-great packaging job, customer service was great. In just six days, my pants were back to me through a courier service. This repair not only saved my pants but also helped reduce waste. The £10 cost for the repair was fair and I am very happy with the result. Thanks for the quick and helpful service.
Winter bags
As someone who has been a fan of this brand for a while, I just bought one of their Winter bags and I have to say, it's really impressive. The design is great, it feels super sturdy, and it's just perfect for all those outdoor activities during the colder days. I've taken it on a few trips already and it's never let me down. If you're looking for a reliable Winter bag that can do it all, I definitely recommend this one.
Lightweight waterproof windproof jacket
I bought this really nice waterproof windbreaker at a store about four years ago. But lately, the waterproof lining inside has started falling apart. So now, it's not keeping me dry when it rains, which really stinks. I paid over £200 for it, so I was expecting it to last longer. The lining near the hood is all wrinkled and flaking off, so now the jacket isn't doing what it's supposed to do.
Winter Chinos
I just bought the winter chinos and let me tell you, they are amazing! These pants keep me warm and dry, plus they look great for any situation. I really like how flexible they are, ideal for both travel and work. I was so impressed that I got another pair in a different color for when it heats up. These chinos are now a staple in my closet for sure.
