Replacement items
I've been a customer here for a long time, and some of the stuff I bought way back when is still good to go. But recently, I ran into a problem with a few items I bought and had to reach out to customer service. They really came through for me though, sending me two replacements within a week without giving me a hard time or asking a bunch of questions. That's the kind of customer service I expect from a brand known for top-notch products, even if they do cost a little more than others. I'm really impressed with how quick and professional the team handled everything, and I'll definitely keep coming back here in the future.
Striders trousers, micro fleece, Eos jacket
I went to this really cool store a couple of times with my family. My husband got me a gift card for Christmas and I picked out some amazing stuff! I got these awesome Striders pants and a comfy micro fleece. But then I had to exchange sizes for the pants and they were really nice about it. Today, we both bought these awesome Eos jackets. Plus, they fixed one of my pants for free! Shoutout to Craig, he was super nice and helpful. His customer service skills are top-notch! I also saw him helping other people too. Definitely planning on going back again!
Trekking clothes
I've been a customer of this brand for years. I love their trekking clothes for all my outdoor adventures. The quality is top-notch - the fabrics are tough and hold up to wear and tear. The colors stay vibrant, and even after lots of washes, the clothes keep their shape. I used to shop at a store, but it closed, so now I order online. I bought a jacket from this store not too long ago, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with how it turned out. The quality of the jacket just wasn't up to par - it started falling apart after just a few months, even though it was supposed to be tough and durable. When I reached out to customer service about it, they basically told me that the deterioration was normal and wouldn't qualify me for a replacement or refund. I'm really upset about this lack of responsibility from the company, and it's definitely not sitting well with me. I've decided I won't be shopping at this store again in the future.
Jacket
I was really looking forward to getting this new jacket I ordered, but, man, was I let down. The quality was just not up to par for the price I paid. I was hoping for something that would last and look really well-crafted, but after wearing it just a couple of times, the filling started lumping up at the bottom of the coat, making it bulge in weird places. Honestly, it felt like the jacket was poorly put together overall, and I was pretty disappointed because this brand is known for its good quality. On top of that, the customer service I got when I reached out about the issues was not very helpful.

Despite my not-so-great packaging job, customer service was great. In just six days, my pants were back to me through a courier service. This repair not only saved my pants but also helped reduce waste. The £10 cost for the repair was fair and I am very happy with the result. Thanks for the quick and helpful service.

As someone who has been a fan of this brand for a while, I just bought one of their Winter bags and I have to say, it's really impressive. The design is great, it feels super sturdy, and it's just perfect for all those outdoor activities during the colder days. I've taken it on a few trips already and it's never let me down. Jacket issue resolution

Lightweight waterproof windproof jacket
I bought this really nice waterproof windbreaker at a store about four years ago. But lately, the waterproof lining inside has started falling apart. So now, it's not keeping me dry when it rains, which really stinks. I paid over £200 for it, so I was expecting it to last longer. The lining near the hood is all wrinkled and flaking off, so now the jacket isn't doing what it's supposed to do.

Lightweight Imber jacket
I recently bought a lightweight Imber jacket from your store because the description made it sound super versatile. But when I got it, I realized that it only really worked well when it was zipped up all the way with the hood covering most of my face. The extra flaps on the jacket seemed like they didn't even need to be there and didn't really do anything to make it more functional. I reached out to customer service to tell them about my concerns, and they said they would check for any defects in the jacket. They also said that hikers had given the design the thumbs up, which left me scratching my head wondering why it didn't work for me. I even took the time to write a review online to warn other potential buyers about the issue, but unfortunately, it wasn't posted. I've also noticed that there aren't many reviews talking about this problem with the jacket online, which makes me doubt how honest the reviews on the site really are.

The listing said the "mac" was waterproof, but it wasn't. I returned it for a refund, but didn't get the full amount back and got charged for shipping. Just a heads up for other buyers, free refunds aren't really free. I also paid for express shipping when I sent it back, what a scam. Money is tight these days, so watch where you're spending your cash.
