    I have been a loyal customer of Selfridges for several years now and I have to say, I am consistently impressed with the level of service and the selection of products offered by the company.

    I primarily shop with Selfridges online and I have always been pleased with the website's user-friendly interface and easy navigation. The website is updated frequently with new products and promotions, making it easy for me to stay on top of the latest trends and deals.

    The customer service team at Selfridges is also top-notch. Anytime I have had a question or concern, they have been quick to respond and have always been helpful in resolving any issues.

    One of my favorite things about shopping with Selfridges is the variety of products they offer. From high-end designer clothing and accessories, to home decor and furniture, they have it all. They also have a great selection of beauty and skincare products, which is always a plus.

    Large money value order

    I've been shopping at this store for years, spending a lot of money on stuff. But recently, I had to return a big order worth a lot of money. I couldn't make it back in time because of work keeping me away from home. Turns out, they changed their return policy from 30 days to just 14 days at the start of the year, and I missed it by a week. I tried to explain my situation and how loyal of a customer I am, but they didn't give me any help or understanding. This whole thing really hurt my feelings and hit me hard financially. I always follow the rules for returns and never had a problem like this before. I was hoping they would cut me some slack since I'm a repeat customer.

    Bought some awesome shoes

    I went shoe shopping at Selfridges and man, the service was amazing! There was this really nice lady named Damiola who helped me find the perfect shoes, even though I was totally indecisive. She was so patient and friendly, I ended up getting a few pairs because of her. Shoutout to Damiola, you rock!

    Mother's Day flowers

    I recently bought some flowers for Mother's Day from Selfridges, and boy was I let down. The flowers showed up without any instructions on how to care for them, no flower food, and not even a card from my kids. And to top it off, within a week, they were already wilting despite my best efforts to keep them alive. When I contacted Selfridges for help, they basically told me that my daughter, who ordered them, needed to deal with it. Well, she did, and even sent them pictures, but the supplier just said it was normal for flowers to die so quickly and refused to do anything about it. It's crazy because these flowers weren't cheap, but they didn't last as long as the ones you get at the supermarket. Meanwhile, a different flower delivery I got lasted over two weeks! Selfridges really dropped the ball on this one. I expected better customer service from such a big store, but I was sorely disappointed. My family and friends couldn't believe that these sad flowers came from Selfridges, and now they won't be shopping there anymore. Not only did this mess up my Mother's Day gift, but it also made me think twice about ever buying from Selfridges again.

    My experience with Selfridges was just awful. I bought this super expensive handbag that ended up being a total waste of money. The quality was terrible and the customer service was just plain bad. I had such high hopes for them, but they seriously let me down. I definitely won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    I bought this fragrance at Selfridges recently, and let me tell you, I was so bummed when I found out it was a fake. Even the folks at the Maison Francis area said they had a bad feeling about it. But then when I tried to return it, they said no. It's really got me worried about how robots might be taking over customer service. I mean, where's the accountability and personal touch? It's all starting to feel way too frustrating for us customers.

    Can you believe these prices? I was totally blown away by how much I had to shell out for something so simple. And on top of that, the customer service was a total mess. I had a gift card to use, but it didn't even come close to making up for the way I was treated like I didn't matter. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to shop here again.

    I recently bought a gift from Selfridges and paid for next day delivery. However, 1.5 weeks passed and the gift still hadn't arrived. They claimed they couldn't find the address, which was pretty unprofessional and annoying. Even after trying to fix the issue, all I got was empty promises for the next day. After four failed attempts, I just decided to cancel the order. Dealing with Selfridges was a waste of time, money, and energy, and their customer service team didn't seem interested in fixing things. It was stressful and frustrating. It's obvious that ever since the recent takeover, their quality of service has gone downhill, and things don't look good for the future.

    Returned expensive shoes

    I just got back from trying to return some fancy shoes to Selfridges, and let me tell you, it's been a total mess. I've tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times, but it's like my return just vanished into thin air. The lack of communication and follow-up from these folks is just terrible. So, I have no other option but to go through Paypal to sort this out. I definitely won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure.

    I got these really fancy shoes that everyone was raving about. And you know what? After only wearing them five times, the strap started falling off! I was so frustrated because I used up all my allowance on those shoes. Selfridges and that other brand didn't even bother to help. Thankfully, there was this super nice guy at Timpson’s who fixed them for me. But seriously, Selfridges and that brand are just the worst!

    I just bought a pair of shoes and a handbag from this store, and it was a total disaster, let me tell ya. The delivery was late, and to top it off, the packaging was all messed up and in bad shape. I started thinking the items might not even be real, so I decided to return them. But then the store accused me of messing up the items myself, which is completely untrue. Their customer service and professionalism are disappointing. I suggest staying away from online shopping at this store.

    Faulty product received

    I had a really bad experience ordering from this store. When I got my package, the bag I received was used and covered in stains inside and out. The Selfridges team admitted there was a problem, but they wouldn't own up to it - they put the blame on me instead. This bag was supposed to be a gift for my sister, so it was really disappointing to see how beat up it was when I opened the box before my trip. I'm never shopping here again and I wish I had checked the reviews first.

    Oh my gosh, don't even think about ordering from this place online, it's a total scam now! Selfridges used to be awesome but now it's seriously gone downhill. They totally lied about me wearing something and said another item was damaged when both were brand new and in perfect shape. It's so sketchy, all just to avoid giving me a refund! I'm never shopping here again and I'm definitely deleting my account. The customer service was awful, they kept making me repeat myself until I was just so frustrated. I swear Selfridges must have a secret policy to trick customers about returns so they can keep our money. Ugh, it's so not okay!
