    I recently got the East West mini bag from this store, and I gotta say, their service is top-notch. When I got my order in June, I realized I accidentally ordered two bags instead of one due to a system glitch. I contacted customer service right away, and they actually replied within 2 hours even though they're overseas. The staff was super quick and fixed the issue, so I only got one bag like I wanted. The bag itself came in just a week, and I'm so happy with it. I was a bit nervous to buy from this store because of some bad reviews online, but I'm really glad I went with my gut because my experience was great.

    Bubbling bag purchase

    I snagged this bag right before Black Friday and was so bummed when I saw it had bubbling on the side when it showed up. Luckily, the folks on the customer support team were fabulous and got it all sorted out by sending me a fresh bag and setting up the return of the messed-up one. As an added bonus, they also gave me back the extra cash I paid since the bag went on sale during Black Friday. Chelsea from customer support was super nice, understanding, and really good at fixing things. I'm absolutely loving my new bag and super thankful for their assistance.

    Two handbags

    OMG, I went to the store to buy these really cute handbags that I saw online. I really wanted to get two because they were both so perfect! But when I got there, the salespeople were not helpful at all. I was having trouble with the straps, and they just ignored me! They were totally focused on their own conversation and didn't even bother to greet me or offer assistance. How rude, right? So, I left and decided to order them online instead. Thank goodness I read the reviews beforehand. I definitely avoided a bad situation there!

Can you believe Strathberry sold it to someone else without even letting me know? I was so upset about the whole situation - the lack of communication and mix-up with my order was just terrible.     Cashmere scarf with embroidered initials

    I just bought my wife a cashmere scarf with her initials embroidered on it for Mother's Day. Even though they promised it would be delivered in time, it actually arrived almost 2 weeks late. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered me a £20 refund at first. I was pretty upset and after telling them how disappointed I was, they finally gave me a full refund. But it's still kind of a bummer that they didn't do more to make up for the mistake, especially since it's supposed to be a luxury brand.

    E/W mini bag

    The E/W mini bag is so pretty, I love it! It looks amazing and I would definitely give it 5 stars just based on appearance alone. But here's the deal. The website claimed it could fit my iPhone pro max, which it does, but it's a snug fit without a phone case. So, the sides kind of stick out a bit and that kind of bothered me. But if that doesn't bother you, then you should be good to go!

    East/west purse order

    I ordered the east/west purse from this company five days ago and I still haven't received any updates on my shipment. The tracking number they gave me shows that FedEx is just waiting for the item to be shipped, they only created the label. Their website said it would take 5 days for delivery in my country, so I'm getting a bit anxious with nothing happening. I emailed customer service twice but got no response. I buy luxury bags often, and I'm really disappointed with how this brand is handling things. Other luxury brands I've bought from have never given me these issues, so I'm starting to wonder why I even gave this brand a chance.

    I recently bought a couple of handbags and accessories from this brand, thinking they would be super high-quality because of the price. I fell in love with a bag I saw a celebrity rocking and thought it would be a great addition to my collection. But man, was I bummed when the gold buckle on my wallet just straight-up broke after barely a year, with hardly any use. And don't even get me started on the leather handles of my handbags - they started to wear down even though I barely used them. I take good care of my stuff, so it was pretty frustrating to see these products not live up to my standards. I definitely feel like I didn't get my money's worth with these buys, so I'm definitely steering clear of this brand in the future.

    Luxury handbag

    I recently bought a luxury handbag from this company, and let me tell you, I was really let down by the whole thing. The bag I got wasn't what I was expecting at all, and to top it off, it was the wrong item - a real hassle since it was supposed to be a special gift for my 10th anniversary. Not only did the customer service not really get what was going on, but the business practices seemed sketchy. And to make matters even worse, when they sent a replacement, I had to pay import duties on it, just adding to the headache. My advice to anyone looking to buy luxury stuff - stay away from this company and splurge a little extra somewhere else for a better shopping experience.

    Black East West bag

    My experience with this brand was awful. I bought a black East West bag and when it got here, it looked really used and beat up. It had marks, scuffs, dents, and even lipstick stains inside. It was obvious that someone had already used it and returned it. Dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare. They ship with FedEx, but it was super hard to schedule a return without making an account. When I called for help, they just told me to go back to the website and didn't want to help with the return. I'm never buying from this brand again and I definitely recommend others to avoid them too.
