Long raincoat and boots on sale with free shipping
I recently snagged a long raincoat and a pair of boots on sale from this store, and let me tell you, it was a fantastic experience. I got my stuff quickly and the customer service was amazing. Lightweight and trendy raincoat
I got this raincoat originally for my mom, but she never used it so now it's mine! When I recently wore it in Scotland, I absolutely fell in love with it. It's so light, in a nice grey color, and it kept me dry while still looking stylish. The fabric is super cozy and it's roomy enough to layer underneath or just wear with a t-shirt, making it perfect for all kinds of weather. I would definitely get another one. The only downside is that it can get marked easily, but it's easy to clean off with a damp cloth. I also have a Herchell raincoat that I really like, but I prefer the shape and look of this one.

I just bought a raincoat and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The website was easy to use and I could quickly find what I needed. It was great that they offer free delivery and returns, not a lot of places do that. The raincoat came fast and it was super well-made, you could tell it was built to last. Waterproof jacket purchase
I just bought this awesome waterproof jacket and let me tell you, it's really impressing me. The jacket is top quality and the style is on point. The packaging was done really carefully, which shows that the company pays attention to the little things. Some folks have said that the pockets can collect water, but I haven't had that issue yet. Although I think adding an internal chest pocket in future versions would be handy. But overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and definitely would suggest this product to others.
Stutterheim raincoat on sale
I bought a raincoat on sale, but I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. I ordered it on November 17, 2018, and didn't get it until December 11, 2018, which felt like forever. Turns out there was some tech problem with my order, but I only found out after bugging customer service a bunch of times through email. They took forever to respond, and it was annoying to have to keep checking in to see what was up with my order.
Raincoat purchase
I recently bought a raincoat from this company and I have to say I’m really let down by it. Some of their coats are made in a way that easily gets your legs wet, leaving you all soaked from the waist down. What’s even worse is that they don’t tell you which coats have this problem and which ones don’t. It’s like a guessing game with raincoats. Plus, none of their models are seen wearing rain pants, unlike other raincoat brands that show the full picture of how the product performs in real life. Their ads are not honest and it’s really annoying.

Raincoat purchase
I bought a raincoat from here and it was great! It kept me dry in the rain, which was awesome. But I had to exchange it two times because they were messed up both times. They definitely need to work on their quality control.
Shoes order
I ordered some shoes a couple weeks ago and they still hadn't shown up. I emailed them to ask about it, but didn't hear back for another two weeks. I tried reaching out on Instagram, but they just told me to email them again, even though I already had. I ended up canceling my order through the payment service to get their attention and get my money back. Even after that, the response I got was just a generic and not helpful at all.
Full length rain coat
I bought a raincoat not too long ago and it turned out to be a total letdown. Even though it was a bit on the pricey side, the coat didn't live up to my expectations when it came to being durable and easy to take care of. The material of the coat soaks up smells easily, and no matter how closely I followed the care instructions, I couldn't get the wrinkles out. I'm bummed that I spent so much money on something that didn't do what it said it would. I'd advise other folks to steer clear of making the same mistake I did and check out other options like the Rains brand, which seems to have better ratings.

The person who helped me out was really rude. They claimed they didn't receive my emails, even though I have proof that I sent them. I've been waiting for my refund for two raincoats that didn't fit me. It's been more than a month now, and I'm really upset about it.

As someone who absolutely loves being outside no matter the weather, I decided to treat myself to a brand new raincoat for those inevitable rainy days. I did some digging and finally settled on a really stylish raincoat from this one brand. But man, was I disappointed when I actually got the coat and tried it out. The design was great, but it totally failed at keeping me dry when the rain started coming down hard. The pockets and bottom edge were totally poorly made, letting water sneak in and leaving my thighs wet and my stuff soaked. And don't even get me started on the hood - it kept popping off, leaving my head and face totally exposed to the rain. It was such a bummer, especially since this brand bragged about their high-quality outdoor gear. I definitely should've read some reviews first. Lesson learned - I'll be much more careful before I buy from them again.
Mislabelled XS instead of S
I bought something from this company recently and it was a nightmare. I got the item and it was supposed to be a Small, but it was actually an Extra Small. When I contacted customer service, they were really rude. They admitted the mistake but didn't say sorry. I sent back the item right away and they got it. But I still haven't gotten my refund. I've tried reaching out several times through email and other ways, but they keep ignoring me. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing.
Terrible delivery experience
You've got to be kidding me! I placed my order a whole month ago and still no sign of it. I got an email confirming it had been shipped, but it turns out it never actually left the warehouse. Then I find out PostNord supposedly delivered it to some random spot and now they need more info from the seller. What a disaster! I requested a refund, but they say they have to wait until the order is back at the warehouse. How can it be back if it never left? This whole situation is so aggravating and absurd!
Waterproof coat with flawed pocket design
I bought this waterproof coat thinking it would be a good choice, but it turned out to be a total disaster. The pockets on the coat were designed in a way that water easily got in and leaked, leaving me completely wet and unhappy. When I tried to get help from customer service, it was just a frustrating mess. The worst part was that I had bought the coat from a men's store instead of the company itself, so even with my receipt, Stutterheim wouldn't help me out. I ended up feeling let down and like they had totally ignored me.
'Stockholm Winter Matte Jacket', plastic/rubber smell
I just bought the 'Stockholm Winter Matte Jacket' and I can't seem to get rid of the strong plastic/rubber smell it came with. I've tried wiping it down, using Febreze, and letting it air out outside, but nothing has worked. It also seems to absorb other smells pretty easily, which is annoying. This is actually my second time buying this coat because the first one I got had a broken zipper and a tear in the fabric, which makes me think the manufacturer isn't checking for quality.
