Home gym equipment purchase
Undersun Fitness has awesome home gym gear and tons of free guides and videos to help you get the most out of your workouts. They also have a super passionate community on social media, like Facebook and Instagram, that really adds to the whole fitness vibe. The only downside is that right now they only ship from the USA, so if you're in Europe, you might end paying more for VAT and shipping. It might be a good idea for them to set up a warehouse in the EU to make things easier for international customers.
Resistance bands set with bag
I recently bought a resistance bands set from your company that was supposed to come with a bag. But when I got my order, I was bummed to see that the bag was missing. When I contacted customer service about it, I found out that the bag offer was taken away after I purchased the set. They also said I couldn't get the bag unless I paid for it separately. The lack of communication about this was really annoying. Now I'm not sure about buying from your company again since I'm worried the same thing might happen. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from here.
Band replacement
I bought some exercise bands for working out at home not too long ago, and was bummed when one of them wore out pretty quickly. I tried reaching out to their customer service team, and got one response from a guy named "Chase", but haven't heard anything else from them despite sending multiple emails, making phone calls, and even filling out their warranty form. It's kind of frustrating to see them not getting back to me, especially since I was thinking about getting more stuff from them later on. If they step up their game, maybe by sending me a replacement band, I might give them another chance.
Resistance bands
I recently bought some resistance bands from this company and honestly, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. Ordering them was easy enough, but that's about the only good thing I can say. Unfortunately, the products never showed up after waiting for weeks. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but no luck. The one time I did get a response, it seemed automated and didn't help at all. After months of waiting and feeling frustrated, I had to go to my bank to get a chargeback and hopefully get my money back. Undersun Fitness waited until the last minute to dispute the chargeback, dragging things out even more. Dealing with this company has been a headache and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Bands and workout gloves
I bought some bands and workout gloves from this company, but I never got my order. I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times and it's clear that I got scammed. The fact that they didn't communicate with me and didn't follow through on their promises is really disappointing.
Resistance bands purchase
I recently bought a set of resistance bands from this company, and sadly, they broke after just one month of use. I was really let down by the poor quality and lack of durability. When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, they told me to fill out a warranty form for replacements. But when I tried to enter my order number on the form, it didn't work. I've been trying to reach out to the Undersun team for the past 5 days, but they're not responding to me at all. Now I'm stuck with the program I paid for, but I can't do my workouts because the bands aren't working. I spent a lot of money on this purchase, and I feel like I've been ripped off by this company.
On top of all that, when I left feedback and rated the product with one star, they didn't even post it on their website. It seems like they only want to show reviews that are three stars or higher, which is really sketchy and misleading for potential customers. To sum it up, I advise everyone to steer clear of this company because they're not reliable and won't back up their products.TA2 Build In-App Purchase
I purchased this product thinking that the discount offered for $10.00 off would be applied to my purchase. I made the mistake of using your on-line app. Your customer service person "Jennifer" said nope. not with the app. It's your app. You guys stink

Confusing, expensive, misleading, very difficult to navigate website after purchase and it turns out everything program is a separate purchase. They don’t respond to e-mails. Entirely frustrating stay away

I purchased the Undersun Bands about 6 weeks ago. They are not worth the money. The package is overpriced. The bands did not come with examples of exercises or a place to find a program on line. The majority of the exercises or at least the good ones require a door strap which was never mentioned or offered during the purchase. I had to search the web to find one. Most are sold out don’t the virus. I think this small device should be included with the purchase even if it’s more money. The various bands do not come in enough different resistances. Lastly the highest resistance band is not strong enough. Also many exercises require a pole or really solid structure. Most people don’t have things like that in their house. Unless you bring to the gym or workout outside you will not be able to perform. Bottom line is there are several competing bands that are less expensive, better quality and they include workouts, instructions and everything you need to perform the exercises. Very disappointed.
