I have been a loyal customer of UNTUCKit for several years now and I have to say, their online shopping experience is top-notch. The website is easy to navigate and the search function helps me find exactly what I'm looking for quickly. The clothing is of high quality and the sizing is always accurate. I love the variety of styles and colors they offer and their customer service is excellent.
One thing I particularly appreciate is the "Fit Finder" feature on their website. It asks you a series of questions about your body type and preferences and then recommends the perfect fit for you. I've never had to return anything because of sizing issues since using this feature.
I also appreciate their quick and reliable shipping. I never have to wait long for my items to arrive and they always come in perfect condition.

I just bought some classic shirts for my boys and they really like them a lot. The material quality is great and they fit perfectly. But man, I gotta say, that website was a pain to use. It's not very easy to find what you're looking for with the layout being all messy. And during checkout, the "Billing" and "Shipping" sections are all mixed up, which made things even more confusing. On top of that, when you're looking at the shirts, the colors aren't very clear until you zoom in, so it's hard to pick one. And the shirt preferences titles aren't even right, which just adds to the whole mess.
Button-down shirt purchase
I just went through a little hiccup with an online shirt order I made. It was the first time I had any trouble with a purchase, but luckily, the customer service guy I talked to, Dan, really came through for me. He fixed the problem super fast, and I was really impressed by how on top of things he was and how professional he acted. It's reassuring to know that even when stuff goes wrong, there are awesome people like Dan who are there to help out and make things right.
Jeans and t-shirts
I recently got some jeans and t-shirts from this store. The cool thing is they got to me really fast and when I needed to return some items, it was a simple process. But the not-so-great part is that their clothes are made in China, which is a bummer. Also, they claim to offer free returns, but they actually sneak in a 'tax' fee to cover the cost of shipping it back. That's not cool at all!
Disappointing shirts, overpriced
Man, I really regret not checking out reviews before buying these shirts. The customer service was just plain awful - the emails I got back were no help at all and made me think they had no clue what they were doing. And the shirts? They were just meh, nothing special at all. Definitely not worth what I paid, even on discount. Trying to return them was a nightmare, so I sucked it up and kept them. Now I'm stuck with two shirts that are just alright, but I definitely paid too much for them.
2 shirts
My wife and I had the best time shopping at the store in Westfield. The lady who helped us really knew her stuff when it came to the products and gave us great customer service. She was so nice and did everything she could to make sure we were happy with what we bought. Even though one of the shirts we wanted wasn't available, she made sure to get it sent to us right away.
Shirt purchase, wrong size
I got this really awesome shirt online, but when I got it, it was like way too big. So I tried to return it, but then they hit me with this "sorry you gotta go to a store on the other side of the country" nonsense. Can you believe that? Total rip off!
Three Shirt Order
I bought three shirts from this company and at first, the customer service seemed okay. But things went south fast when my third shirt never showed up. I made lots of calls and got promises that it would be shipped, but I never got a confirmation or the shirt. Now I'm out $89.00 and feeling really frustrated by the poor communication and failure to deliver my order. This company's service let me down big time.
Oversized shirt
I recently bought a shirt that was supposed to be my size, but it ended up looking more like a tent on me. I've been a customer at this store for a while now and never had any issues until this purchase. The customer service was decent; they did give me a discount code for my next order. But honestly, I doubt I'll shop there again. It's just frustrating to spend money on a nice shirt and receive something that doesn't fit at all. So disappointing!
Shirts
I just bought some shirts from this store, and let me tell you, the customer service was awful. I used to have no problems returning things, but this time was a disaster. Mistakes left and right, and not even a sorry or any effort to make things right. I do like their clothes, but this whole experience really turned me off. Their customer service definitely needs some work, especially for folks like us.
Two shirts (Med & Large)
I bought two shirts from this company not long ago, one for me and one for my son-in-law. I got a medium for myself and a large for him, following their size guide. But when they showed up, they were both too small. My son-in-law thought the large was okay so he kept it. I showed up at the store hoping to swap the medium for the right size, and would you believe they wanted me to fork over an extra $21? Apparently, because I bought it during a different sale a few weeks back. I think that's pretty crazy and it definitely left me feeling let down with the whole situation.
Oversized shirt experience
I just bought this big shirt from that store and man, I was totally bummed out by how it turned out. It fit alright in the body, but the sleeves were squeezing my forearms so bad. I was worried the seams were gonna pop if I moved too much, and the fabric felt super cheap. And if that wasn't bad enough, the shirt shrunk a whole size after I washed it once. What a waste of money, for real.
Shirt order cancelled, code not working
I ordered this shirt, right, because I thought I was getting this awesome deal with a code for emergency services. But then the next day, boom, my order gets cancelled! Like, seriously? How many other people got cancelled on too? I'm guessing pretty much everyone. And on top of that, turns out the code doesn't even work on the shirts I wanted! What's up with that? So not cool. This whole situation is definitely not sitting right with me.
Button-down shirt
I bought a button-down shirt from this company and man, let me tell you, I was not happy with the customer service. The order took forever to get processed and I didn't hear a peep from them about what was going on. When I finally reached out to ask what was up, they gave me the runaround and didn't help me at all. The way they handled things was so unprofessional and shady. I won't be buying anything from them again, that's for sure.
Recent shirt purchase
I just bought some shirts from this company - a performance tee, a Henley, and a polo. The performance tee was decent, but the Henley left a lot to be desired. The stitching was sloppy, and the material felt flimsy. And the polo was too short and had shorter sleeves than I expected based on my previous purchases. I was really disappointed with the inconsistent fit and the drop in quality compared to what I've gotten from them before.
