    Moisturizer for very dry, sensitive skin, retinols

    I've been trying to find a moisturizer that works for my super dry, sensitive skin forever it seems. Just when I thought I found something good, I started using retinols and my skin got even drier. It was a disaster. But then I found these products and let me tell you, they have been a game-changer. They not only hydrated and soothed my dry skin, but they also helped with the dryness from the retinols. It's like a dream! Thank you to whoever made these products, you're a skincare hero!

    Online order drama

    I ordered some stuff online a few days back and they promised it would arrive by December 12th, but it's been sitting with the carrier and not going anywhere! I reached out to customer service and they told me it might be another 3 to 6 business days before it gets moving... what a mess. I'm super upset because these were meant to be Christmas presents for my niece and now I might not even get them on time. I'm really let down and definitely won't be shopping with them again.

    "Recent online order"

    I just bought something online, but ran into problems with getting it delivered. I got a message saying it was dropped off, but I never got it. So, I called customer service and they told me to file a claim with the shipping company. But, my order disappeared from my account, so I couldn't prove I even bought it. This whole thing was super frustrating and now I'm not sure I want to buy from them again. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about shopping with them.

    Makeup Setting Sprays

    Urban Decay is the worst! I purchased two setting sprays and they were terrible. The matte one made me look like I had white spots all over my face, like a powdered donut. Then the Vitamin C one left my face feeling sticky like glue, and my eyelids kept getting stuck every time I blinked. I had to wash my face multiple times to get rid of it all! The customer service was awful too, they accused me of lying when I sent back both sprays for a refund and only gave me money for one spray. I even tried to reach out to the big boss, Luc Antoine, but he never bothered to call me back. This company is terrible, save your money and shop somewhere else!

    I was so pumped to order some makeup online from this one spot, but man, it turned out to be a mess. I placed two orders and the second part of each order got axed for nothing! Like, seriously? I tried calling customer service and was stuck on hold forever, and the chat support was useless. They claimed my info didn't match, but come on, that's bogus - my first order went through no problem! I even emailed them and got crickets. It's a shame because I really dig their products, but I'll just shop elsewhere from now on.

    Eye shadow palette & mascara

    So, I ordered some stuff from this makeup brand, and when my package arrived, I was so pumped to try the eye shadow palette and mascara. But get this - TWO out of the 4 items were missing! Can you believe it? And on top of that, they didn't even bother to reach out about it. Like, what's up with that? Everything was on the packing slip, so I don't know why they left stuff out. I'm definitely disputing this and trying to get my money back. Other makeup companies I've ordered from never gave me problems like this. UD, you really dropped the ball on this one.

    Auto-ship order

    Earlier this year, I set up an auto-ship order that was supposed to include an email reminder before it was sent out. But I never got the email, and Urban Decay went ahead and charged my account without giving me a heads up. I reached out to customer service right away, but they were no help at all and said they couldn't cancel the order. I ended up having to pay for return shipping out of my own pocket. This lack of communication and uncooperative attitude is not okay, especially for a company like Urban Decay. It seems like they're purposely making it difficult for customers to return items.

    I am super bummed out about my order never showing up and not getting any help or a refund from the company, no matter how many times I reached out to them. It ended up taking a lot of my time and energy to try and fix the problem, and it's still not fixed.

    Recent makeup purchase

    I just bought some makeup from this brand and man, I'm really let down by how it turned out. The packaging was nice and all, but the actual makeup? Not so great. The eyeshadow palette I got was supposed to be super pigmented, but the colors were kinda meh and didn't really show up on my skin. Plus, the mascara I bought made my lashes all clumpy. Honestly, I regret spending my money on these products that totally didn't deliver on what they promised.

    I got this eyeshadow palette and let me tell you, it's amazing! The colors are so pigmented and blend like a dream. I've been using it every day and I can't get enough. But then, my order got messed up and they didn't even care. Not cool at all, seriously.

    Online order delay

    I just made an online purchase and thought I'd get it pretty quick, but man was I mistaken. It's been two weeks and my order hasn't even been picked up by the mail carrier. I tried talking to customer service, but it's been useless. Finally, after reaching out on social media, they said they would "resend" the order, but surprise surprise - same thing, shipping label made but no progress on my order. It's frustrating and honestly seems like a scam at this point.
