Flyer/handout design
I just wanted to share how happy I am with the design services I used for my flyer/handout. The team really knocked it out of the park! Lawrence was the designer I worked with, and he totally nailed it in just one meeting. He not only knew his stuff, but he also took care of every issue I had with the design. I'm super impressed with the quality of their work and I'll definitely be coming back for my next projects. Big thanks to the design team for all their hard work!
Yard signs were oily and sticky
I just bought some yard signs from this company and when they arrived, they were all oily and sticky which caused the color to come off. But, I was happy with how fast they were ready to send me new ones without any hassle. Besides the yard signs, I also got car magnets and banners from them. Even though there was a problem at first, I am really happy with their customer service and how they fixed everything. I will definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
Business cards printing
I just bought some business cards from this company and I have to say, I was really happy with what I got. They have a great selection to choose from. The customer service was top-notch, especially Donna who helped me out during a late-night chat. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, so I think she deserves a 5-star raise! I've used this company a few times now and every time I've been really happy with their services.
Business card purchase
I just got some business cards and had a great customer service experience with this guy, MC Kevin. He made a mistake on my order, but he was really helpful and fixed it without having to cancel anything. MC Kevin was professional and efficient, and I would definitely recommend their printing services to anyone who needs them.
Custom brochures designed with errors
I ordered some custom brochures for my business not too long ago. When they arrived, I noticed there were some pretty big mistakes in the design. Thankfully, the customer service I got from Kevin, an in-house designer, was amazing. Kevin not only gave me a refund but also fixed all the errors and made the design even better without charging me extra. He really went out of his way to make sure I got the new brochures quickly. I was really impressed with his help.
Personalized design with Lawrence over Zoom
I just worked with Lawrence on a custom design project, and let me tell you, he was amazing. His design skills and ability to capture my vision were spot on. Working with him over Zoom was smooth and got us to a great final product. Vistaprint's customer service was top-notch, and the prices for printing services were really reasonable.
Personalized QR code items
The customer service at this company is amazing! I had a problem with a QR code on my personalized items, and Hinda, the representative, really went the extra mile to help me out. She not only gave me great help, but she also made sure to send me replacement items for free. I was so impressed by how caring and detail-oriented the customer service team is. Plus, my items came in quickly and in perfect shape, just in time for my partner's birthday. Thank you again for the fantastic service!

When I need printing for my business, I always go to this company. They've always been super helpful in making sure my projects come out just like I want. Whether I need business cards, banners, stickers, or anything else, they always come through. The chat support team is awesome and makes everything so simple and hassle-free. Banner design assistance
The guy helping me out, Lawrence, was super helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with how my banner looked. We worked together over Zoom, which was easy and worked well. However, I did have some trouble with the email option for a couple of designs - one of them was messed up. Even with that, I've been coming back for about ten years because I generally find their service to be good and cheaper than other local print shops. The customer service team has always been nice and understanding, although I've had some difficulties with the website on occasion.
Helpful online chat assistance
I reached out to online chat for help with adding more of the same item to my cart. The rep, Benz, was super helpful and made sure I got the best deal. I really appreciate the great customer service I got from this company. It made everything easy and quick.

I just wanna give a shoutout to Andy, he was seriously the best! I had to tweak my banner real quick and he did it in no time, and it came out looking amazing. Custom business card design
I was seriously so pumped when I got the chance to work with the most amazing designer ever! Mitch was really chill and made me feel like a total boss. She helped me come up with this incredible design for my business card that I never would've been able to think of on my own. It was like a total transformation for my card and I couldn't be happier about it!
Custom product design assistance
My time with the Vistaprint customer service team was awesome. Andy, Izy, and Dazia went above and beyond to help me out. They worked with me to make a custom product, even catching design mistakes I missed and showing me how to fix them in Photoshop. I'm really grateful for how they paid attention to all the little things and made sure my final product was just right.
Design modification assistance
I recently got help with changing a design from a really helpful employee. I don't know her name, but she was super knowledgeable and really paid attention to what I wanted. She didn't just hear my ideas, but also gave me some really good suggestions to make the design even better. I think she'd be great for any future design projects and I want to make sure her supervisor knows what a great job she did.
DIY project at non profit thrift store
Vistaprint is my favorite go-to for any DIY project that needs to get done quick and right. I was just working on a project for a Nonprofit Thrift Store and I used their chat feature to get some help. Let me tell you, that chat feature was a lifesaver and the customer service was fantastic. My order arrived right on time, just like they said it would, which made the whole process super easy and stress-free.
Business card order with email address issue
I just had a problem with my business card order because I accidentally put in the wrong email address on the design. But, thanks to the awesome customer service from a rep named Mc Kevin, I was able to talk to him and quickly fix it by uploading the correct design before they made the cards. I was really impressed with how professional and fast the customer service team was. They replied quickly, and I fixed my mistake without any trouble. Overall, I'm really happy with the service I got.
Postcard design service
I just used their design service to make a postcard and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how it turned out. The lady I worked with, Ilana, was really professional and got the job done efficiently. She took the text and graphics I gave her and turned them into an awesome postcard. Our Zoom meeting went smoothly, and she was able to make changes based on my feedback right away. All in all, it was a really great experience and I totally recommend their design service to anyone.
Speedy order completion
I was in a rush to finish an order but was bummed that I couldn't choose expedited shipping at checkout. So, I reached out to customer service and got connected with this awesome guy named Jael. Let me tell you, Jael was amazing! He really listened to my problem and walked me through how to add expedited shipping to my order. His kindness and guidance made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I am so grateful for his top-notch customer service!
