Wagon wheel garden bench
Oh my goodness! I absolutely love this bench! It's shaped like a wagon wheel and totally gives my garden a magical fairy tale vibe. The assembly instructions were surprisingly simple to understand, even for someone like me who struggles with putting things together. I had it ready to go in no time at all, and now I can relax outside and enjoy reading my books in a super stylish setting. I even painted it purple to coordinate with my flowers. It's really strong and comfortable - I never want to go back indoors. Definitely my best purchase ever!
Bird cage for green cheeked conure
We got this awesome bird cage from Yaheetech for our green cheeked conure and it's been perfect for him. It's spacious, secure, and made of heavy-duty metal so we feel good about leaving him in there. The slide-out tray and grille with a handle make cleaning super easy. Plus, the play top and stand give him his own little playground. Putting it together was a breeze too, which was a nice surprise. I recently bought this awesome cat tower that's 79 inches tall and my ginger kitty can't get enough of it. However, my larger cat is struggling to reach the top because it's quite a climb for the little one. I believe they should include something to assist bigger cats in reaching the top. Ordered a double bed

I tried contacting customer service a few times, but I never got a response. Can't they just send me a replacement hinge? It feels like customer service is nonexistent!

My receipt of my Yaheetec order
So, I got my order from this place and it was really disappointing. First of all, when I decided I didn't want it anymore and tried to cancel, they insisted on sending it anyway. What a drag, you know? Then they wanted me to pay over a hundred bucks just to ship it back. Seriously? And don't even get me started on their customer service. They basically said "too bad, so sad" and suggested I just give it away. No way. And when Amazon had to step in, it just added to the chaos. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Garden cart
I bought a garden cart from this company not long ago, and man, I gotta tell ya, I am really bummed out with how things went down. When the cart arrived, a total bummer - I found out three parts were totally messed up. So, I figured I'd give their customer service a shout, but let me tell you, they were not helpful at all. They kept feeding me lies about when the replacement parts would ship out. It's been over two weeks now since I first reported the problem, and all they've given me are empty apologies. It's really frustrating to see a company talking up their products and service, only to drop the ball big time on delivering what they promised.
