Review about: Alamour The Label
Ball dress
I bought the Clarina Gown - Red for $550 AUD. When it arrived, the flowers which are photographed to be on the dress in the images on their website, were only partially there, and the dress was poor quality. There was an entire empty patch on the front of the dress with no flowers, just mesh so it was completely see-through, unlike the photographs on their website. When I contacted customer service, I was only able to get store credit, no refund, and even to get the store credit, I had to ship the dress back for $65. Additionally, the store credit could only be used on a purchase costing more than the value of the store credit ($550), and did not cover shipping which was an extra $30. I had to spend over $100 extra in total, with the shipping back and all. Terrible service. Would not recommend and will not be purchasing again.

Power duo
It wouldn’t let me put 1 star unfortunately so here we are…
I ordered the power duo as my acne had flared up a little over the last year. I had been on roaccutane a while back and since then had very few problems (awful but amazing stuff). I thought I’d give Clearly Basics a go as I saw so much online about how good it was for people with persistent acne as an alternative to store products and even antibiotics. I had been using acnecide for years and figured it had stopped working on me.
Ordering was fine overall but I really didn’t like the idea that it was coming all the way from Singapore (I didn’t know that until I got to the check out). It was really overpriced but I thought I’d go for it this one time. Delivery took weeks and I got no delivery updates from Clearly Basics meaning I was just waiting around not knowing when it might turn up. It came in a very bashed up and dodgy looking package. Still, I thought ah well I’ll give it a go, I’ve spent the money now.
I used the power duo as directed for 2 weeks and my skin got gradually worse and worse. I felt no benefit when putting it on, noticed no change.
I knew they had a money back guarantee but what they don’t tell you openly before you purchase is that you need to send them a photo of your skin before you even receive the product. Of course I hadn’t done that so I couldn’t get my money back.
Long story short I had to go back to my GP and have been prescribed antibiotics and Epiduo topical treatment. Within a week my skin was a LOT better. I don’t think I’ll be using clearly basics again.Review about: JustFashionNow

Lucy Nagle Tracksuit - Vouge Williams Collab
I'm a repeat Lucy Nagle customer and have always loved their products. However, on my latest order - The Vouge Williams lemon tracksuit, I had the unfortunate incident of the pink colour in the zip/draw strings running into the yellow. Instead of recognising this clear and obvious product fault, I received poor customer service and was told that the manufacturer washed the product on high heat, therefore a run like this was not possible. Essentially calling me a liar. A very disappointing experience of the brand and collab.

This is happening to me did you ever get your razor or did they answer. It has been almost a month now and I haven't received anything and I sent them 4 emails, got not response from either.

Finsbury pant
Ordered the Finsbury pant during lockdown. When it arrived it was terrible material and seemed very cheap. I definitely think there is a disconnect between marketing and actual quality of product. Have never ever had to try and get my refund back as much as I did with this lot. Kept pushing the problem back on me, saying my bank (who have always been amazing) had taken payment but not put into my account, which is ludicrous. After about 4-5 email conversations, the last being a very angry one, they tell me I need proof from my bank that I haven’t received payment?!? Just as I am about to send this they refund. Go figure. Don’t buy from them, you’ll regret it. Very strange set up.

Love our purchase
My husband and I have made 2 purchases with Alpha Defense and have had only 1 issue, some stickers my husband ordered were back ordered. All these negative responses are bad beings the current situation the world is in. Just because a company is trying their hardest to keep up the all the orders coming in because people are “desperate” for something doesn’t mean you can bash a company. Every shopping (in person or online) is in complete backlog right now. Give it time people!
I was charged 51.47 for 5 mask that back oder never showed up..
Don’t care what’s going in the world, a month to get something when you’re competitors are getting stuff out I less than two weeks? That’s just bad business.

Ha ha PK, I feel your pain too. Just got my 5 faceshields(camp) that I did not order. I was impressed that I actually got something. Customer Service with this company is not their gift. They give an email on their phone message, however, it’s so fast and somewhat inaudible. Live Chat and calling is a joke. Fingers crossed, maybe I’ll get lucky and hear from Jordan, I hope
I understand the long wait, but what I don't understand is 5 items I've ordered are none of my orders! There was a note stating NOT THE DESIGN YOU CHOSE BUT THE SAFETY YOU NEED. This is outrageous and unproffesional! Its like I've ordered pizza and effing broccoli arrived! If you don't have the item shoot me email quickly and be honest I would gladly get my money back for refund! You took my money anyways basically screwed me! My review doesn't stop here!

just received my order after 5 weeks and all 5 face shields are not the style I ordered. Also the ones I received are very low quality. SCAM.
I get that they may be busy. But no way to contact them leaves me thinking this is a scam. All I'm looking for is an update. Three weeks and no contact, no email, no time estimate. Terrible customer service.
This company is taking orders they can't possibly fill on multiple websites. Customer service is nonexistent and according to BBB this is an ongoing issue NOT just due to the pandemic.

Thank god I ordered mine via paypal. I guess I will just report and get my money back. This is ridiculous. Order on 04/19/2020 paid the additional for priority delivery. Was told that it shipped last Thursday and that tracking number would take 24-48 hours. Still no tracking and I have to wait on a huge que in customer service again. I am so angry right now.
Ordered on 4-9-20. Conming up on 2 months...got a track number about 3 weeks ago. Said order was in route to DHL each time I checked it. Now that track number is invalid.
I wore this once and now there is a chemical smell and taste in my nose and back of my throat 4 days on!!!!!

Almost 30 days and no order sent. I can not get in contact with them after several attempts, so luckily I had time to dispute the charge..Facebook shouldn’t let them advertise, they are just ripping people off. I was really looking forward to theses masks, but I’ll order from another company. Zero stars
Very disappointed I’m the quality of my very expensive cashmere jumper with sequin elbows. First time wearing it and after 5 hours it was piling and looks absolutely dreadful now.
Crazy delivery cost too to send from Dublin to Belfast. Be careful of an over marketed sub standard product!
