    My experience with the software was frustrating

    The software just had so many problems that it was driving us crazy! It kept causing delays, losing us sales, and cutting into our commissions. And don't even get me started on customer service - they were absolutely no help at all.

    The software is designed really well and easy to use, which is great for businesses trying to make their HR processes smoother. But, man, the customer service needs some serious work. I had a hard time trying to get help and couldn't really get a hold of anyone who could actually help me out. The support team wasn't very responsive and the language barrier made things even more frustrating. So, even though the software works well, the lousy customer service kind of ruined the whole thing for me.

    Spam email issue

    I kept getting these annoying phishing emails from a Freshdesk account, and it seriously took forever to get them to understand how big of a deal it was. The way they were handling it was just unbelievable. I gave them all the details they needed, even the full headers of the spam emails, but it was like they just couldn't wrap their heads around the fact that it was a serious abuse issue. Instead of actually doing something about it, all they did was keep asking for my email address and even tried to get me to become a customer. It was so ridiculous!

    CRM integration challenge

    Connecting the CRM to the API was really tough because the documentation was incomplete and the support responses were all over the place. Even though we shelled out a lot of money, the CRM ended up being a bad choice compared to bigger players like Dynamics CRM and Salesforce. Dealing with the lack of support and understanding just made the whole thing a headache and a waste of time.

    Email management challenges

    I've been dealing with a lot of issues when it comes to keeping up with emails in the system. The nature of my job involves a lot of clients coming and going, so I often find myself struggling with email bounces. It can be really frustrating when I don't realize a client has left until their email bounces back, which then leads to a lengthy investigation process. This CRM tool keeps flagging my bounce rate as high, causing me a lot of unnecessary stress and distractions from my main responsibilities.

    Software Testing Experience

    I tried out the software not too long ago and I was pretty bummed out by the results. The software's basic functions were all wonky, especially the workflows that were supposed to kick in. This is a super important feature for automating processes, so it was a pretty big deal that it wasn't working like it should. Even when I asked for help from support, the issues couldn't be fixed quickly, which makes me think there might be some deeper technical problems with the system that need to be sorted out.

    Overpriced renewal

    Man, my experience was really frustrating. I quit using their product a while back but they still hit me with a huge charge. They don't even give you a heads up before renewing your account. I tried to cancel, but it feels like they just don't give a darn. It's just not right, you feel me?

    One of the things I like most about Freshteam is the user interface. It's clean and intuitive, which makes it easy for me to navigate and find what I need. The dashboard gives me a quick overview of all the important information and there are plenty of customization options to suit our specific needs.

    I also appreciate the various features that Freshteam offers. The recruitment module is particularly useful as it allows me to post job openings on various job portals and track the progress of each application. The onboarding process is also made easier with Freshteam's document management and e-signature capabilities.

    The customer support team has also been a pleasure to work with. Whenever I have a question or encounter an issue, they are quick to respond and offer helpful solutions.

    Overall, Freshteam has made managing HR and recruitment a lot more efficient for our company. While there may be some room for improvement, I am generally happy with the product and would recommend it to others.
