This platform is great for finding new employees. I posted job listings and found really good candidates. The interface is user-friendly and I like being able to track each candidate's progress in one place. They also have neat features like interview scheduling and team collaboration tools. I definitely recommend it!
Customer support experience
The customer support at this company has been a bit of a rollercoaster, with some small hiccups here and there. But I have to give a shoutout to Roshini for her amazing work. She always goes above and beyond to provide top-notch support, and she really is a valuable member of the team. Her hard work and willingness to do more have definitely stood out compared to other support reps I've talked to.
Sales team amazing
Customer service is definitely lacking and the tech team is taking forever to respond.
Useless product
This product is seriously the worst I've ever seen. It's like they didn't even put in any effort to make it actually function properly. It's full of so many bugs, and when you reach out for assistance, it takes ages for them to even get back to you. The employees over there seem to be clueless most of the time. The only decent thing about it is how nice it looks in the photos and ads. But let me tell you, it's all just a sham! Save your money and steer clear of this garbage.
My experience with the software was frustrating
The software just had so many problems that it was driving us crazy! It kept causing delays, losing us sales, and cutting into our commissions. And don't even get me started on customer service - they were absolutely no help at all.
Software Review
The software is designed really well and easy to use, which is great for businesses trying to make their HR processes smoother. But, man, the customer service needs some serious work. I had a hard time trying to get help and couldn't really get a hold of anyone who could actually help me out. The support team wasn't very responsive and the language barrier made things even more frustrating. So, even though the software works well, the lousy customer service kind of ruined the whole thing for me.
Software Testing Experience
I tried out the software not too long ago and I was pretty bummed out by the results. The software's basic functions were all wonky, especially the workflows that were supposed to kick in. This is a super important feature for automating processes, so it was a pretty big deal that it wasn't working like it should. Even when I asked for help from support, the issues couldn't be fixed quickly, which makes me think there might be some deeper technical problems with the system that need to be sorted out.
Overpriced renewal
Man, my experience was really frustrating. I quit using their product a while back but they still hit me with a huge charge. They don't even give you a heads up before renewing your account. I tried to cancel, but it feels like they just don't give a darn. It's just not right, you feel me?

I have been using Freshteam for about a year now and overall, I am pretty satisfied with the product. It's a cloud-based HR and recruitment management platform that has helped streamline a lot of our HR processes.
One of the things I like most about Freshteam is the user interface. It's clean and intuitive, which makes it easy for me to navigate and find what I need. The dashboard gives me a quick overview of all the important information and there are plenty of customization options to suit our specific needs.
I also appreciate the various features that Freshteam offers. The recruitment module is particularly useful as it allows me to post job openings on various job portals and track the progress of each application. The onboarding process is also made easier with Freshteam's document management and e-signature capabilities.
The customer support team has also been a pleasure to work with. Whenever I have a question or encounter an issue, they are quick to respond and offer helpful solutions.
Overall, Freshteam has made managing HR and recruitment a lot more efficient for our company. While there may be some room for improvement, I am generally happy with the product and would recommend it to others.
