Last minute flight booking
I was kinda unsure about booking a flight with some random airline, but I was in a tight spot and Kiwi had the best price. I decided to just go for it and it worked out great - booking was easy and the flight was on time. I can definitely see how handling problems might be a pain, though.

I wouldn't recommend using Kiwi! They scheduled me a flight that ended up being delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. When I asked them for assistance, they were not helpful at all and didn't offer any support, leaving me stranded. I had to sort everything out on my own by dealing directly with the airline.
TSA pre-check addition
I had a hard time finding the phone number on the website, but once I finally reached customer support, they quickly added my TSA pre-check info to one of my boarding passes. They even sent the number to tech support to add it to my other pass. Everything went really smoothly and efficiently, and I was grateful for the quick help.

Flight booking ease
Booking my flight was super easy - didn't run into any problems at all. Picking where I wanted to go, choosing the dates, plugging in all my info, and adding my payment details was a breeze on the website. I got my e-boarding pass right after booking, which made things a lot smoother for my upcoming trip.
But, things took a bit of a turn when I got hit with an unexpected charge during boarding without a good reason. That was a bummer. Still, gotta hand it to them for how well everything went down when I made the reservation and got my pass.Google account issue
I was trying to use my Google account to book something, but the system couldn't handle it. I had to redo everything with a different email. They really need to fix this so it's not as annoying.
Flights
My experience with the ordering system really got on my nerves. It felt like all they cared about was making money instead of making customers happy. They kept reminding me that certain transfers weren't included unless I paid more, which felt like a low blow. Having to input info again for return flights was so annoying and felt like such a waste of time. And not being able to control the auto check-in feature was just plain frustrating and inconvenient.
