Mixed feelings about Priceline.com

As an online travel agency, I've had a decent amount of experience with Priceline.com. Overall, I've found the website to be user-friendly and the deals to be pretty competitive with other sites in the industry.

One thing I appreciate about Priceline is the variety of booking options they offer. In addition to traditional hotel reservations, they also have a "Name Your Own Price" feature for hotels and flights, as well as a "Express Deals" option which offers deeper discounts for customers willing to book without knowing the specific hotel or airline.

I've also had success using Priceline's "Bid for My Hotel" feature, where you can place a bid on a hotel in a specific area and the company will try to secure the reservation for you at that price. It's not a guarantee, but I've been able to snag some great deals this way.

On the downside, I've found their customer service to be hit or miss. Sometimes I've had representatives who were very helpful and able to resolve issues quickly, but other times I've had to jump through hoops to get a problem resolved.

Overall, I would say that Priceline is a solid choice for booking travel online. They have a variety of options to suit different needs and budget and the deals can be pretty good. Just be prepared for the possibility of mediocre customer service if something goes wrong with your booking.
