First-time order experience
My first time ordering from this company was really good. The price for the item I wanted was fair, shipping cost wasn't bad, and it arrived when I thought it would. The part came in good condition and was just like they said it would be. Overall, it was a simple and easy experience.
Brake kit purchase
I was really happy with the price of the brake kit I got from this company. It didn't cost too much, and it showed up pretty fast after I ordered it. The best thing was that it was exactly what I needed and it was really good quality. Installing it was a breeze and it's been working great ever since. Brake kit purchase
I just bought a brake kit from this company and was bummed out when it arrived missing some pieces. I ordered brake pads for the front and back of my ride but only got 3 front brake pad sensors and 1 rear one. I thought I was getting the whole kit! I contacted customer service about it and they sorted it out right away by sending me the missing rear brake pad sensors. Even though there was a mix-up at first, I'm grateful for how quickly and efficiently they fixed the problem.
Brakes purchase for luxury vehicle
I purchased some new brakes for my fancy car, and after just three months, they went kaput. The left side had these obvious marks on the rotor, and the right side would make this annoying rattle every time I braked, with discoloration all over the rotor. So, I reached out to customer service to sort out these bum parts. But instead of helping me out, they were super dismissive and unhelpful. Not only did they not fix the issue, but they also started ignoring my messages.

The customer service rep I talked to really came through for me. I couldn't find this part anywhere else, but they were able to help me out. They knew their stuff and made it easy for me to choose the right part. My order came faster than I thought, which was a nice surprise. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I would totally recommend this company to anyone.
Brake pads and rotors
Man, it's like pulling teeth to get stuff shipped nowadays. I ordered some brake pads and rotors, and surprise surprise, the dang package vanished at some point. The company I bought from had to go with FedEx of all things - what a nightmare. If they had gone with a better service, maybe my package wouldn't have just poofed into nothingness. Next time, I won't be dumb enough to trust FedEx with crucial car parts, that's for sure. Live and learn, I suppose.
Brake pads
I just bought some brake pads from this company recently and man, I was so let down by the whole thing. The delivery took forever and when the package finally showed up, it looked like the part had already been used or sent back by somebody else. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, I had to make a bunch of phone calls and send a bunch of emails but nothing got resolved. They even wanted me to take pictures of the box and part, which felt like way too much. Honestly, this company needs to do a whole makeover starting from how they take orders to how they treat their customers.
Quick delivery of European and US OE/OEM parts
The website was super easy to use, I found what I needed in no time. Checking out was a breeze, and I liked that they had different payment methods to choose from. I was a little worried because the parts weren't made in Europe or the US, but I looked into the company and saw they had a good track record with OE and OEM parts. Customer service was great, they answered my question right away. All in all, I was really happy with how everything turned out.

All the premium and well-known brands like Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Landrover and others require specific care and auto parts, sometimes become hard or expensive to find.
So I can get all the autoparts from here, with warranty,assurance and everything.
