    Fitness programs from a well-known provider

    I've been using this provider for a while now, especially their fitness programs, way before they added on-demand service. Their programs are really top-notch, offering a wide variety of effective workout options that I haven't seen elsewhere. While they can be a bit pricier compared to some others, I truly believe you get what you pay for in terms of quality and results. I do appreciate that they have lowered prices on certain offerings, which is really great. Every now and then, I've accidentally messed up my subscriptions or purchases, but their customer service team has always been super helpful and quick to respond. Just recently, I found out I was signed up for a preferred customer option without realizing it, but they canceled it and refunded me right away without any issues. It's important to remember to pay attention to your subscriptions since it's a recurring service, but they are always ready to fix any mistakes and make sure you're happy.

    Membership with BODI

    I've been a loyal member of BODI for 7 years now, and I've seen prices and features change throughout that time. Despite that, I still think BODI is more affordable and convenient than a regular gym. Recently, I accidentally canceled my membership when trying to upgrade, but the customer service team was super quick to help me out and get me back on track in no time. Others have also had positive experiences with BODI's customer service team, which makes it easy to resolve any issues. Although I'm not thrilled about the price hikes, I remain dedicated to BODI because of its convenience and the variety of workout options available. I like that even without any extra purchases, I still have plenty of workout choices to pick from.

    Subscription renewal experience

    I recently went through a pretty frustrating situation trying to cancel a subscription renewal. The customer service was seriously lacking. So get this - I reached out the same day I was charged, right? And they straight up told me no refund was happening. I wasn't having it, so I filed a complaint. But apparently, their reason for denial was all wrong and they were sticking to it. They tried to say they sent a message about the renewal, but I checked all my email folders and nada. Long story short, it seems like their lack of communication cost me $189 that I didn't need to spend. Needless to say, I'm not happy about it and would advise others to watch out with this company's subscriptions.

    Con Job Shake Trap

    I got fooled into buying something that ended up being gross shakes on a sneaky subscription! I spent my money on bikes and yearly programs, but ended up with a flavorless disaster. I tried to cancel, but they were like nope, already on their way! I've been waiting for days with no treats! Tried calling for help but they're on some no-supervisor lockdown. Just want my money back, dude! Customer service is a total letdown. Don't even bother. Pelaton is the way to go, fam. They're legit.

    I've been a customer of this company for over ten years, and I've always been happy with my experience. But when I renewed my subscription last September, I was really disappointed with the changes they made in the rebrand. The loud music now makes it hard to hear the instructions during my workouts. I contacted customer service to ask for a partial refund due to the higher subscription fee, but they gave me a cold response saying they couldn't do it. It was really disheartening to feel undervalued as a long-time customer.

    My experience canceling my subscription was a total letdown. I've been a loyal customer for years, but when the company hiked up their prices out of nowhere, I had to call it quits. Unfortunately, trying to cancel was a whole ordeal - I was met with pushback and basically conned into keeping my subscription.     Unwanted renewal charges

    This company is a nightmare. I didn't get an email reminding me my subscription was coming up for renewal before they charged me an arm and a leg for something I didn't even want. When I called customer service, they made me jump through hoops, just to turn around and deny my refund. Even though I called them the day my subscription renewed, they won't give me my money back. On top of all that, they overcharged me and bumped me up to a higher membership level without asking. It's not just me dealing with this, other folks are too, so it's obvious they're up to some shady stuff. And to top it off, their canned responses to negative feedback are just plain rude.

    This company is all about the money and doesn't give a darn about their customers. I tried to cancel my subscription because of a medical issue, but they wouldn't budge on giving me a refund or making an exception. It feels like they're more concerned with profits than actually helping people. I really wish I had checked out the Better Business Bureau complaints before jumping into this program. It's been a hard lesson to learn.

    Autorenewal scam

    I'm super frustrated right now! Let me tell you, this company is seriously the worst. I didn't even sign up for anything, yet they keep charging my credit card without asking me. I tried to dispute it with my bank, but this shady company somehow had some supposed "evidence" that I received something from them. It was just a dumb invoice, can you believe it? It's so unfair what they're doing to me. And don't even get me started on the healthcare pros and trainers associated with them - they really should know better!
