I've been getting my organic and non-GMO goods from this online store for a while now. Their prices are reasonable and they frequently have some sweet deals, especially when you hit that free shipping mark. And get this, my last two orders showed up faster than expected. I've seen some negative reviews here and there about late deliveries and iffy customer service, but come on, nobody's perfect, right? We all mess up sometimes. Just like this one time I had a super bad experience with a big name retailer, but hey, I still shop there because they've got good stuff and it was just that one time. I've had a few hiccups with some of my Vitacost orders too, like some crushed snacks, but they've always been super cool about fixing any problems. All in all, my experience with them has been pretty positive.

Vitacost really blew me away with how easy it is to order from their website and how reliable their service is. I've ordered from them a few times now and every time has been awesome. Their website is super easy to navigate, so I can quickly find and buy the supplements I need. I've never had any issues with stuff being out of stock, which is a big deal for me. And wow, they ship stuff out so fast - it's even faster than I expected, especially since I'm in Australia. Vitamins from Vitacost working like a charm in last two months
It has been around two months since I am taking supplements from Vitacost. It was suggested by a family friend who also is a doctor. So I took his suggestion, went for Vitacost. According to my experience, I just took vitamins and continued for like 2 months as of now. I can tell how it brought changes in my daily routine, made me more healthy, agile and efficient in work. I feel full and less tired, hence more focussed. There obviously more detailed and intricate changes I feel, hard to put in the words. I guess, my diet improved.

Recent orders
I used to go to this company a lot but then stopped because the service got worse. I decided to give them another shot and made three new orders. Luckily, this time the service was great. I always told them to send the products in factory cases when they could, and they finally did it in my last two orders. Because of this, there were no broken glass bottles in the packages, which is good for the company and for us customers. Shopping there has definitely gotten better, and I'm really happy with how things turned out.

I really enjoy ordering from this website! It's really easy to find everything I need and they always have great deals. My last order even came with a couple of extra discounts, which was awesome. The products are really high quality and the website is super easy to navigate. The packaging is usually perfect, but this time two of my Yogi boxes were a little squished. Thankfully, the tea bags inside were still good to go. Shipping is always really fast and I always know when my package has arrived because they ring the doorbell. Overall, I always have a great experience with Vitacost and I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

It's so nice to find a company that doesn't try to squeeze every penny out of you by raising prices or forcing you to hit a certain amount for free shipping. Vitacost order issue resolution
I've been a Vitacost customer for a while now, but ever since Kroger took over, I've been feeling let down by the drop in service quality. Recently, I got this promo email for 20% off, but when I tried to use it, turns out it was already used. When I reached out to customer service, they didn't really care or try to help. The rep just brushed me off and told me to place the order first, then call back for a refund. Talk about inconvenient and sketchy. This whole thing has left me frustrated and questioning if Vitacost's customer service can still be trusted under the new management.

Vitacost always has those 15-20% discount codes floating around, but it looks like they might jack up the prices first before giving you the discount. So, in the end, you're not really saving much. If you check out Amazon, you might actually find better deals there. Just keep your eyes peeled and make sure to do some price comparisons before you think you're scoring a great deal at Vitacost.

I really love shopping at this online store because it has everything I need when it comes to healthy snacks and vitamins. I can't find some of these goodies at my local store, so I always go to Vitacost. The prices are awesome, and my orders come super fast every time. I've never had any issues, so I've never had to call customer support.

Vitamins and Supplement
FRAUD AND THEY LIE. Double billed me, refused to credit it back, nor would they cancel the order as I requested. They tried to tell me I purchased through PayPal which is impossible as I don't have an account with them. So I'm out $120 with nothing to show for it. PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE

The price is right and I have used them for years. However, every order that has been made in 2020 has turned out badly. I hang in the phone for over an hour twice (and get hung up on), my order is shipped To the wrong address and my order never arrives after weeks of waiting and I get a refund. No explanation. I am tired and will not do
Business with them EVER againVitamins
Delivery was on time, however I have one complaint which needs to be amended; neither the email receipt nor the packing slip had the last four numbers of my credit card for reference. THAT IS something EVERYBODY does. Really. I do a ton of online ordering, and the receipt, (usually the one sent via email) has the above requested information included. If a consumer has more than one credit card, it certainly helps keep charges straight. If the numbers are there and I just didn't see them, forgive me. But I looked the paperwork over pretty well. No more business from me until that is changed. Later!
