I've been getting my organic and non-GMO goods from this online store for a while now. Their prices are reasonable and they frequently have some sweet deals, especially when you hit that free shipping mark. And get this, my last two orders showed up faster than expected. I've seen some negative reviews here and there about late deliveries and iffy customer service, but come on, nobody's perfect, right? We all mess up sometimes. Just like this one time I had a super bad experience with a big name retailer, but hey, I still shop there because they've got good stuff and it was just that one time. I've had a few hiccups with some of my Vitacost orders too, like some crushed snacks, but they've always been super cool about fixing any problems. All in all, my experience with them has been pretty positive.

Vitacost really blew me away with how easy it is to order from their website and how reliable their service is. I've ordered from them a few times now and every time has been awesome. Vitamins from Vitacost working like a charm in last two months
It has been around two months since I am taking supplements from Vitacost. It was suggested by a family friend who also is a doctor. So I took his suggestion, went for Vitacost. According to my experience, I just took vitamins and continued for like 2 months as of now. I can tell how it brought changes in my daily routine, made me more healthy, agile and efficient in work. I feel full and less tired, hence more focussed. There obviously more detailed and intricate changes I feel, hard to put in the words. I guess, my diet improved.

High-quality products
I've always been happy with the great stuff I get from Vitacost. But, I've had a lot of issues with the delivery service - like wrong updates, deliveries at weird times, and things arriving broken because they're not careful with the package. I tried reaching out to Vitacost for help, but the delivery company is still giving me unprofessional service.

I really enjoy ordering from this website! It's really easy to find everything I need and they always have great deals. My last order even came with a couple of extra discounts, which was awesome. The products are really high quality and the website is super easy to navigate. The packaging is usually perfect, but this time two of my Yogi boxes were a little squished. Thankfully, the tea bags inside were still good to go. Shipping is always really fast and I always know when my package has arrived because they ring the doorbell. Overall, I always have a great experience with Vitacost and I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

Occasionally, I've had a few issues with my products arriving damaged because they weren't packed properly. However, when I sent photos, I got a refund pretty quickly. The store has free shipping as long as you spent a certain amount, and they often have good deals and discount codes available.

Vitacost used to be a company I really liked ordering from, but my last order has me second-guessing them. They did offer to send the missing items, but now I'm not so sure about how they handle packing and shipping at all their locations. I recently ordered some vitamins and supplements from Vitacost, but my experience was not great. Even though I got a notification on April 23 saying my order was on its way, it never made it to me. I was confused because there was no explanation as to why it was sent back to the warehouse. Then, when I tried again on April 25, the same thing happened - no delivery and no answers. It's really frustrating that there was no communication or accountability, especially since I've been a loyal customer for ten years. Even the customer service, with reps in the Caribbean, couldn't help me out. The shipping company Vitacost uses doesn't seem to be doing a good job, which just adds to the overall frustration.
First time purchase
I had a pretty bad experience with that online supplement store because one of my Vitamin C bottles had a broken seal. It made me wonder why the packers and storage folks weren't paying more attention to keeping the products safe.
