    Two years with pellet grill

    I've been using my pellet grill for a couple of years now and recently had a problem with the control board and auger feed motor. So, I called customer service and was actually pretty happy with how fast and helpful they were. They asked for the receipt, which was easy to find with the warranty card, and then sent me the parts I needed super quickly. Now, in less than a week, my grill is working perfectly again. Overall, I'm really happy with how everything was handled and I'm still enjoying using my grill.

    450B smoker grill purchase

    I just entered the realm of smoker grills and settled on the 450B model. It's the perfect size for what I was looking for. Delivery was quick and straight from the company. Putting it together was easy and the controller features really impressed me. Compared to my friends' grills, this one has way better temperature control.     I really love my 550B grill! It's top-notch quality and the food always comes out amazing. I've learned that following the right shutdown and startup sequence is super important to prevent any problems. And keeping up with regular maintenance, like cleaning out the ash from the firebox, has helped me keep it in great shape. I'm excited to cook a Turkey for our church's Thanksgiving dinner this weekend using my grill.

    I just bought the ZPG700C Pellet Grill, but it started having trouble keeping the right temperature.     I recently bought a new grill for the holidays, put it together, and right away ran into an issue. I reached out to customer support every day for five days, left messages, and even attempted a live chat that was anything but live. Eventually, I received an email response, followed the troubleshooting steps they recommended, but the error persisted. Luckily, the store agreed to give us a refund. Definitely won't be making any future purchases from them.

I was excited to get a new cooking gadget, but the grill isn't working properly because the fire won't grow, and I think there might be something wrong with the fan.     Grill purchase with temperature probe issue

    I used the grill for about 5 months without any problems until I started noticing temperature fluctuations and errors. So, I called customer service and they sent me a new temperature probe, but it took over a week to arrive. This meant I couldn't use the grill over Memorial Day weekend. I really need them to speed up the shipping of warranty parts.

    I'm getting really frustrated with the lack of help from customer service. I've been trying for more than a week to get a response about the issue with my pellet grill. I've reached out through phone, chat, and email, but have heard nothing back. It's really disappointing to spend my money on a product only to be left in the dark when something goes wrong. I've tried to figure out the problem on my own, but I could really use some expert advice now. I've given my contact info multiple times, but still haven't heard anything.     I got a smoker from this one place back in June, but come July or August, I started seeing some rust on the handle, drip pan, and pellet pot. Not only that, the cover is coming apart too.     7002B grill, 3 months, smoke flavor, cleaning, ash, pellets, great grill

    I've had this grill for about 3 months now and it's been awesome. I love that smoky flavor it gives to my food. Cleaning it up is pretty easy, just gotta make sure to get rid of all the ash and use those pellets. Overall, it's been a great grill.
