My daughter ordered from them over a month ago. All they did was make excuses as to why we had not received the item. They gave us a partial refund and a promo code. Together it will cost me more money to order a replacement than the original. They kept $6 so that plus an additional $28 including promo code makes it $35, so.... horrible experience. Will not do business with them again.
I ordered a flutter card and bracelet for my mom on May 4th 2021, I still haven't revived it and today is the 23rd of May. The entire time I was unable to track the package, and I let them know this. I contacted them a couple days ago and they finally told me the package may have been lost. They offered to resend the card or give me a promo for another card of the same. But it being so far past mother’s day it would have been silly to ask for another card. I asked for my money back. Since then I have not received any message back and all attempts to communicate with them via Facebook and email and their online chat have been fruitless. I do not have any intentions on letting this go.
never received my order and ordered it in january so i could give it to my partner for valentine’s day. It was also quite expensive so not only did i spend money on that i had to get something else because that never came.
Horrible company and horrible customer service. Three cards ordered. Two were delivered to my neighbor (wrong address) one received three weeks after Valentine’s Day. Asked for an immediate refund. They offered 50% off a future order! Lol unbelievable right ! I could care less about the $50 spent, I spend more on morning lattes. It was the complete lack of customer service that really boiled my blood. I absolutely did not want these jerks to get one penny from me. So what did I do? Called PayPal and issued a claim. Money is now back in my pocket. Lol! Love it. Two star because it won’t let me give one. Kinda weird right?
I put my order in on Feb. 02, 2021 thinking 2 weeks for delivery would be enough time. After all the ad said "will arrive by Valentine's Day". It is now Feb. 20, 2021 and still nothing. What a complete and utter waste. Almost all of the positive reviews seem to come from over seas orders. I will NEVER do business with an over seas "small business" again. It would really help if their customer service compensated for the delivery. Not a chance. VERY poor customer service. Do yourself a favor. Save yourself from a frustrating experience. STAY AWAY from BOOMF
What a scam! I ordered mine for Valentine's day, it was sent out on the 2nd and I still have NOT received it! This is absolutely unacceptable! I finally got a response saying it would be here on the 17th! Nope! Then another response saying it got lost in the mail!? Which is it!? I should of known it was too good to be true. Still waiting on them to respond with a refund, which I'm sure not going to get. $40 for nothing. smh
the card I ordered never arrived, it has been over a month since I ordered. I will not be ordering again, nor will I recommend to anyone else. Thankfully I had already sent my niece a gift from Amazon or she would have had nothing for her birthday as I live 18 hours from her. That is why I thought the card was so neat. Unfortunatlly it did not work out that way. Very diappointed
I ordered a gift for my boyfriend in January. After contacting the company twice, since I didn’t get my package, I got an answer that they can’t do anything with it and they won’t send my money back. Such a lack of professionalism and respect for customer.
Ordered a Father’s Day card and never received it. Messaged the company on Facebook and they offered to resend the card. When I said it was pointless because it wouldn’t be here till July... their response was “sorry to hear that.” Will not be using this company again.
