CLOTHING
I originally gave a 1-star rating as could not get hold of the company for a refund at all - there are no phone numbers or email addresses that I could find on the website. Their online refund form has an inherent error - i completed 2 separate ones but they didn't receive either. Anyway, having posted the 1-star review on Trustpilot, they did contact me and, after multiple emails to and fro, have refunded the money, I finally found their CONTACT DETAILS which is Eight Four Five 5 two one seven two four five -I the company service team was outstanding and knowledgeable getting my return shipping information with me and they took few minutes to complete the verification process and after that, I received my amount back as a confirmation I also received a text stating that had a long struggle and stress during the process DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have no protection. You might think 'It's only £10' But if they do this to 1000 people this is £10,000 they've stolen! NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!
Clothes for holiday
I recently bought some clothes for a trip I have coming up, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. The whole ordering process was easy and smooth, and I liked being able to keep track of my package the whole time it was on its way to me. It arrived right on schedule, and the clothes were even better quality than I was expecting. They have this nice lycra material that has a lot of stretch, although I did make the mistake of ordering a size up. Even so, they still look really good and I can't wait to wear them on my trip. Overall, I'm super satisfied with my purchase and I'll definitely be back for more shopping later on.

Dress items for a special event
I can't believe how incompetent this company is! They somehow sent my package to the wrong address in a different state and now they won't own up to their mistake. I showed them proof of the correct address I provided, but all they do is argue with me and try to blame me. It's just so ridiculous and unprofessional.
Delayed order
I've had such a frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order back in November, but then they told me the item was out of stock after I already bought it. I asked them to delay the shipment, but they sent it anyway. It's now December 13th, and my order is still stuck in "clearance in progress" status. When I contacted Royal Mail for more info, they said it's not normal for a package to be in clearance for over a week. I feel like I've been scammed and taken advantage of throughout this whole process. I've tried reaching out through their website multiple times, but still no solution in sight.
Recent dress purchase
I just bought some dresses from this store, and I gotta be honest, the quality was not great. I got three dresses - one was good, one had a weird fit around the neck that I could fix, and the third was a letdown. But hey, their customer service was on point. They responded fast and gave me a full refund without any issues. So, if you're cool with taking a chance on quality for cheap dresses, this is your spot. But if you want top-notch stuff, maybe look somewhere else.

Dress fit well, good quality, fast delivery
I'm really happy with what I bought recently. The dress I got fits just right and the quality was exactly what I was hoping for. It was pretty much like shopping on other sites such as Wish and Temu, but unlike Wish, my stuff came fast and everything was right and in good shape.
Frustrating payment process
I just had a super annoying time trying to pay on this website. I made a purchase of over $100 from DressLily and they ended up shipping my items to the wrong address. I reached out to them about the mistake but they were not willing to refund me or send a replacement. Dealing with their customer service has been a really bad experience.
cute butterfly print dress
I ordered this super cute butterfly print dress from a website and was so excited to wear it to my friend's birthday party. But can you believe it never showed up? I waited for a full two months and still nothing. They didn't even bother to give me any updates or courier info. Like, seriously? It feels like they're trying to keep me totally in the dark. Such a scam, I'm telling you!
No clothes yet
I'm really frustrated because I haven't received my clothes that I ordered from this website. I got some really cute bridesmaid dresses and other items but they haven't arrived yet. I wish I had read some reviews before making a purchase. I've been sending emails to try to find out where my order is, but the tracking isn't working and the email address seems to be incorrect. It's all very suspicious, and I'm worried that I might have been scammed. I reported the issue to my credit card company in hopes of getting a refund. I would definitely advise against shopping on this website!
6 items, some poor quality
I bought 6 things online, but was disappointed in 4 of them because they weren't good quality. The other 2 weren't great either, but I decided to keep them anyway.
Dress order
I bought two dresses from this company not too long ago. But after waiting for 11 days with no word on my order, I started to get worried if my stuff would even show up. I tried reaching out through email, their website's chat box, and even Instagram, but nobody got back to me. The silence just made me more irritated and skeptical about this company's trustworthiness.
Delayed delivery and poor customer service
I'm really disappointed with how things went down when I ordered from this company. They said it would take 9-12 days for my purchase to arrive, but it's been 23 days already and I still haven't gotten it. The customer service team hasn't been helpful at all, and the only way to reach them is by filling out a ticket. When I contacted them about my order, they just brushed me off by saying my order number was wrong, even though I got it straight from their website. It's pretty shady that the Better Business Bureau gave them an F rating, showing they have a history of bad service and sketchy practices. Plus, the fact that they have a California address on their site but are actually based in Hong Kong is totally misleading. This whole thing has been a total nightmare, and now I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
My terrible purchase
Oh my gosh, my order was a total disaster! It took so long to get here, the items are tiny like they're for Barbie dolls, and I even got hit with an extra charge for no reason. It's the absolute worst!
Sweater dress purchase
This is so frustrating. I ordered a sweater dress, and I was really looking forward to it. But then I got an email saying it was out of stock. It's like they lured me in with something they didn't even have. I don't want a refund or credit, I just wanted the dress I ordered. I'm done with companies like this. I'm going to stick with local businesses from now on.
