CLOTHING
I originally gave a 1-star rating as could not get hold of the company for a refund at all - there are no phone numbers or email addresses that I could find on the website. Their online refund form has an inherent error - i completed 2 separate ones but they didn't receive either. Anyway, having posted the 1-star review on Trustpilot, they did contact me and, after multiple emails to and fro, have refunded the money, I finally found their CONTACT DETAILS which is Eight Four Five 5 two one seven two four five -I the company service team was outstanding and knowledgeable getting my return shipping information with me and they took few minutes to complete the verification process and after that, I received my amount back as a confirmation I also received a text stating that had a long struggle and stress during the process DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have no protection. You might think 'It's only £10' But if they do this to 1000 people this is £10,000 they've stolen! NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!
Clothes for holiday
I recently bought some clothes for a trip I have coming up, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. The whole ordering process was easy and smooth, and I liked being able to keep track of my package the whole time it was on its way to me. It arrived right on schedule, and the clothes were even better quality than I was expecting. They have this nice lycra material that has a lot of stretch, although I did make the mistake of ordering a size up. Even so, they still look really good and I can't wait to wear them on my trip. Overall, I'm super satisfied with my purchase and I'll definitely be back for more shopping later on.

I recently bought some clothes from this website and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all turned out. Cute dresses in many sizes
I absolutely love shopping at this store! They've got a ton of dresses to choose from, and they actually carry my size! On top of that, they always have awesome deals so I can load up on stuff without breaking the bank. The dresses I've gotten there are all really nice and surprisingly affordable. Now I've got a whole collection of pretty dresses for any occasion, all thanks to this awesome place. I'll definitely be sticking with them for my wardrobe needs in the future!
Recent dress purchase
I just bought some dresses from this store, and I gotta be honest, the quality was not great. I got three dresses - one was good, one had a weird fit around the neck that I could fix, and the third was a letdown. But hey, their customer service was on point. They responded fast and gave me a full refund without any issues. So, if you're cool with taking a chance on quality for cheap dresses, this is your spot. But if you want top-notch stuff, maybe look somewhere else.
Shirts great, pants misleading
I just got an order from this store and I was happy with the shirts I bought. But man, I was let down by those two pairs of pants that were supposed to be "jeggings." They ended up being leggings that try to look like jeans, totally not what I was looking for. They gotta step up their game with those product descriptions so customers know what they're getting.

Never seen such exclusive collection of clothes which are so much affordable, branded and adorable as in variety and quality.
I was really surpirsed few days back when I first explored DressLily.
There I find some sense of elegance and sophistication in the dresses they sell.
Not just that but also the acessories are trendy and collected among the variety.Recent purchases.

Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number,i ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service number which is +1 919/725/7706 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it’s a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them
