Oofos Slide Sandal purchase
The customer service at this store was amazing. I've been a loyal Oofos footwear customer for years, especially their Flip Flops, but recently switched to the Ooahh Slide Sandals due to discomfort. Sadly, the Slide Sandals didn't work out for me as they kept slipping off after just an hour of wear. Despite that, the store staff were super helpful and accommodating. They let me return the sandals easily and quickly credited my card. Now I'm thinking about getting rid of the sandals altogether. Overall, I'm really impressed with the customer service at Famous Footwear in La Quinta.
Last week, bought a Nike Sportswear shoe
They have all premium brands, I mean - what to say.
You can't say anything about Nike, Madden Girl, and all. Plus, they have lot of other brands which are less known but high in quality.
I didn't check all but it seem a great exploration.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and they got here really fast, like just in a week. And I even got a discount on my first order! Plus, they have this awesome rewards program where you earn points every time you buy something. I don't know why some people are saying negative stuff about them, 'cause my experience was awesome!

White shoes with red stains
I can't believe how bold this company is! After waiting three times longer than they said for my order, my white shoes showed up all scuffed and dirty with red marks. When I called customer service, they actually told me "white shoes get dirty." Can you believe that? They hadn't even been worn and they expect me to be okay with them looking used? It was a really terrible experience overall!
Shoes
I'm a regular at Famous Footwear and have bought many shoes there before. But on my last trip, I was bummed out to see that two pairs of shoes I got were already worn. It was super annoying and definitely not what I would think a good store like Famous Footwear would do. Even though I've been a loyal customer and spent a lot of money there, I was let down by the lack of quality control this time. They did give me some gift cards as a way to make up for it, but honestly, I'd rather just get some new shoes that are in good shape.
Red shoes, torn box
I got these red shoes, but when I opened the box, it was all torn up and the shoes looked totally used. It's terrible and I'm never gonna order from this site again. It's like they just tossed the shoes in a box and sent them my way. Not cool at all. I kinda feel like I ended up with someone else's grimy old shoes, gross!
Nike runners purchase
I just bought some Nike sneakers online and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by what I got. The shoes didn't come in a Nike box like they should have; instead, they were just thrown in some random box with a fake Nike label taped on. It was obvious that these kicks had been worn before, probably by someone who returned them. They weren't super filthy or anything, but they definitely weren't fresh out the box. I shot an email over to customer service to let them know what's up and now I'm just waiting to hear back from them.
Online shoe purchase
I'm sharing about a recent online shoe purchase I made. It's been a real bummer, just like what others have gone through. So after I placed my order, I didn't get any confirmation email, but my credit card was charged right away. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times for help, but haven't heard back at all. I've even gone ahead and reported this shady business to my bank.
Bought sneakers
I grabbed some awesome sneakers at the store last week! They're super comfy and the color is so bright and fun. It felt like I was walking on clouds when I wore them around the house. Definitely my new favorite pair of shoes.
Shoes ordered for son's cousin
I ordered some shoes for my cousin but they ran out of the size and gave me a refund. Then I got charged again for the same shoes! I tried calling my bank and reaching out to Famous Footwear, but no luck. It feels like they're playing hide and seek with my money!
Refusal to provide bank account information
I had a weird thing happen when I was trying to make a payment at this store. Even though I had shopped there before and they already had my bank info, they still wanted me to type in my routing number and account number again. That made me nervous because that's sensitive stuff to be sharing online, so I decided not to do it. Instead, I just canceled the credit card I had on file with them. I take my financial security and privacy seriously, and I'm not willing to risk it just to buy some cheap shoes. So, I'll be going somewhere else next time I need to shop.
Recent shoe purchase
I recently bought two pairs of shoes from an online store and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. Both pairs looked like they had been returned by other customers and just didn't live up to what I was expecting. The Nike shoes had creases on the top, no shaping inserts, extra shoelaces, or stickers on the sole. Plus, the bottom was kinda yellowish instead of bright white, which made me think they had been sitting around for a while. The Converse pair also seemed like they had been returned and had some damage on the sole. I don't think I'll be shopping from this online store again, the quality just wasn't worth the price.
Returned boots months ago
I returned these boots months ago, but the store hasn't given me my money back yet! The tracking says the boots made it back to them, but they keep dodging my questions about the refund. They're asking for more "proof" and tracking details, even though they already have their boots back! I'm beyond annoyed - I even had to call my credit card company to fight the charge. I'm done with this store. Avoid it at all costs!
Shoes, Deceiving deal
I was under the impression I was getting a good deal on two pairs of shoes for basically the price of one, but they only sent me one! And get this, they claimed they shipped both at the same time. Like, seriously? They only refunded me half the amount for the missing pair, so I basically paid full price for just one. It was super frustrating and not cool at all. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
