Difficult refund process
I recently dealt with a real hassle trying to return something and get my money back on this website. I was getting tossed around trying to get it sorted out, feeling pretty annoyed and like my time was being wasted. Finally, I ended up talking to a customer service agent named Ruth and she was a total gem. Ruth was super professional, understanding, and quick in getting everything fixed up for me. She really went out of her way to make sure I got the refund I had coming. If only there was a hotline straight to Ruth for top-notch customer service every time!
Brazil Nike Soccer Jerseys
I wasn't sure about buying from this site at first because of all the bad reviews, but I took a risk and got 11 real Nike Brazil jerseys on clearance for my daughter's soccer team. They actually showed up just like they were supposed to and when they were supposed to. I placed the order on a Tuesday and they got here before noon on Thursday with expedited shipping. The jerseys were even better than I expected and my daughter's team loved them. So, all in all, I'm happy with this purchase and would think about shopping here again.
Resolved order issue with great customer service
I had a little problem with one of my orders the other day, but the customer service rep I spoke to really went the extra mile to help me out. Ruth was awesome - she took care of my issue quickly and made sure everything was sorted out. I'm so thankful for her amazing service and think she deserves a big shoutout for all her hard work. We could use more people like Ruth who really care about giving great customer service. Thanks again, Ruth!
Quick delivery
I got a jersey and it actually came three days sooner than I thought it would, which was awesome! The only bummer was that it showed up damaged, but their customer service team was on it right away and they're sending me a new one. The only downside was not getting tracking info, but it wasn't a huge deal since the jersey came earlier than expected.
Sports apparel purchase
The customer service rep, Ruth, really knew her stuff and went out of her way to help me with my order problem. Her professionalism and dedication were top-notch. If I could, I'd give her a 10-star rating for sure.
Desktop fanimal purchase
I bought a desktop fanimal from this website not too long ago, and I have to admit, I was pretty let down by it. It was supposed to be a Florida Gators Team Desktop Fanimal, but when it arrived, it was clear that the actual product didn't match up to the pictures online. Honestly, the craftsmanship was lacking, and it seemed like it was put together in a rush by someone who was just trying to get a passing grade in woodshop class. The fanimal overall just didn't meet my expectations, and I was pretty disappointed with my purchase.

Quality products if and when you get them. Pricing is normal. I ordered myself a Emmitt Smith shirt in September and was told it would be shipped out 7-10 business days. I never received any shipping information or emails telling me otherwise. I waited a month and decided to give them a call and was given a promise that I would receive a shipping email within 2 weeks, never happened and had to once again reach out to them just to be told the date changed again. They did this to me 4 times before I decided to just get a refund. Very poor customer service and communication skills. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone!! I wish we could give out negative stars because that's what I would give them
