    Hat purchase

    I recently bought a hat online, but it ended up being a nightmare. Right after I placed my order, I saw a bunch of charges on my card that I didn't make. My bank had to step in and stop any more sketchy stuff from happening. I tried reaching out to the store, but they were useless. They even tried to make me delete my bad review. It took forever for them to even respond, and when they did, they only offered to refund the shipping, even though I never got the hat! Their customer service is terrible and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Don't waste your time or money on this site.

    I can't stand all these spam emails I keep getting from this place! Every time I try to unsubscribe, I just get an error message. It's frustrating because I never even signed up for an account when I bought my Christmas gift, so I can't update anything to stop them. I have no idea how they even got my email in the first place! I've been trying for more than a month to stop these annoying emails, and it's really starting to get on my nerves!

I've searched for a way to unsubscribe, but without an account, I can't do it. It's pretty frustrating and not cool of them to ignore non-customers like this. Companies should always respect people's privacy and choices, whether they're already customers or not. Sending tons of unwanted emails is just going to push people away, not bring them in.

    I recently bought some clothes and accessories online. I ordered them on December 7th hoping to get them before Christmas. But I found out that one item will come on time, while the other two won't arrive until December 28th. I was really disappointed by this delay, especially since I wanted them for the holidays. When I contacted customer service to ask about my order, they said they couldn't hurry it up or cancel it. Their lack of flexibility and customer service was really frustrating and didn't sit well with me. So, I won't be shopping with them again in the future.

    Resolved order issue with great customer service

    I had a little problem with one of my orders the other day, but the customer service rep I spoke to really went the extra mile to help me out. Ruth was awesome - she took care of my issue quickly and made sure everything was sorted out. I'm so thankful for her amazing service and think she deserves a big shoutout for all her hard work.     I ordered a jacket for my husband as a Christmas gift and I was really looking forward to surprising him with it. However, when it got delivered, it was a lot smaller than what the size chart had indicated. I then attempted to return it following their 365-day return policy, but strangely, the return button was not showing up in my order details. I tried reaching out for help through live chat, but unfortunately, no one was there to assist me. I even attempted calling customer service, but after waiting on hold for almost an hour, I still didn't get any help. This whole situation has been a complete nightmare and I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

    Oh my gosh, I ordered this really awesome merch and then realized it wouldn't arrive in time for my friend's birthday party, what a disappointment! I attempted to cancel my order, but there was no way to get in touch with customer service. Like, seriously?! The chat bot was completely unhelpful. When I finally reached someone on the phone, the wait time was definitely not 1 minute as promised, and I was extremely frustrated. Plus, if I waited for the item to arrive and then needed to return it, they would charge me 9.99! Ugh, I'm definitely never ordering from here again.

    Brazil Nike Soccer Jerseys

    I wasn't sure about buying from this site at first because of all the bad reviews, but I took a risk and got 11 real Nike Brazil jerseys on clearance for my daughter's soccer team. They actually showed up just like they were supposed to and when they were supposed to. I placed the order on a Tuesday and they got here before noon on Thursday with expedited shipping. The jerseys were even better than I expected and my daughter's team loved them. So, all in all, I'm happy with this purchase and would think about shopping here again.

    Fraudulent gift card charge

    I had a really bad experience with customer service because of a fake charge for a gift card I didn't buy. Somebody got into my account and bought stuff without my permission. When I talked to them over chat, all they did was open a case, but that didn't fix anything. I called them, but the person couldn't hear me well because of noise and couldn't confirm my info. I wanted to talk to a manager, but they said they were all in a meeting, which seemed sketchy. Basically, the customer service was no help and super annoying.

    Difficult refund process

    I recently dealt with a real hassle trying to return something and get my money back on this website. I was getting tossed around trying to get it sorted out, feeling pretty annoyed and like my time was being wasted. Finally, I ended up talking to a customer service agent named Ruth and she was a total gem. Ruth was super professional, understanding, and quick in getting everything fixed up for me. She really went out of her way to make sure I got the refund I had coming. If only there was a hotline straight to Ruth for top-notch customer service every time!

    Reshipped order tracking frustration

    The customer service reps at this company were kinda hit or miss. Ruth was great, kept me in the loop on my order, but Alex really dropped the ball by forgetting to send me a tracking number, which was super frustrating. Compared to the VA's, dealing with Ruth and Alex was a way better experience. The last customer service reps I dealt with were just awful - they hung up on me, made me wait forever, and even ditched our chat. It took a whole week of back and forth before they finally reshipped my items after investigating the issue.

    Desktop fanimal purchase

    I bought a desktop fanimal from this website not too long ago, and I have to admit, I was pretty let down by it. It was supposed to be a Florida Gators Team Desktop Fanimal, but when it arrived, it was clear that the actual product didn't match up to the pictures online. Honestly, the craftsmanship was lacking, and it seemed like it was put together in a rush by someone who was just trying to get a passing grade in woodshop class. The fanimal overall just didn't meet my expectations, and I was pretty disappointed with my purchase.
