I am.so mad and disappointed that I would trust this site. I will NEVER ORDER from them again. If I dont receive it in a week I will Notify PayPal and get my $$ back.This company is HORRIBLE! I ordered items on Dec 10th for christmas (Family Pajamas) in which case i was told was in stock. Here it is December 31st and we got NO PAJAMAS, NO EMAIL, AND was told was OUT OF STOCK. IF i hadnt tracked my order # i would of never got the product and they would of KEPT MY MONEY! YOUR COMPANY SUCKS AND IS HORRIBLE! Listen to other reviews about how terrible this company is. You should be ashamed of yourselves. People spend their hard earned money on your bs product and your stealing and robbing fromthem!, especially during a pandemic. . RUN FROM THIS COMPANY NOW

Shoes and a T-Shirt
Do NOT order from here. The price is tantalizing, but it is not worth it. I order a pair of shoes and a t-shirt. I recieved an email immediately with confirmation and a note that the tracking number would be sent in the next correspondence. Several weeks later I still hadn't received a my tracking number. I called the customer service 866 number and it went to a person voicemail account. I emailed them and finally received a response 5 days later with a tracking number. The tracking number isn't recognized by any major carrier. I have emailed sonders and requested more information on my package and when I should expect my package.

I ordered these shoes on May 17th and received June 8th. They were not marked with any size. I ordered 9.5 and I think they are probably size 8.0. They are too small and I have reached out to Kidshoo 3 times and still have not received any response on how to send back and get refund money on this order. They say on their website that they respond within 24 hours which they have not.
I definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Peppa pig dress
I ordered the dress in early May for a present for my Granddaughters birthday on the 29th. It now is June 8 and still have not received it. Everytime I try to contact KidsHoo, the phone number does not work and the emails is automated. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

I have been waiting over a month for my package. My grandsons birthday is 5-31-20. I have emailed them. They did respond and told me it would be here by then. I am very disappointed in this company. If they cannot ship the items, they should not sell them.

It is impossible getting any status information / ETA of delivery. Purchased items March 18 2020 and today is May 12th 2020 and still no delivery. Customer Service offers some lame excuse about logistics companies not shipping due to Covid -19. I'm calling B S on that because I have not had a single issue receiving when using prime . I would not recommend shopping with this company. Very unreliable. company. .

I placed an order on the 14th and I have left 4 email messages and have not heard anything back. I called USPS and gave them the tracking number and they don't even show that anything has been received from this company. These were presents for Christmas and it angers me that there is no number to call these people to find out where my order is. I will never order from this company again!!!

I missed 3 items to contact customer service, they soon sent them to me by DHL in 3 days. I used all my credits to buy my daughter a mermaid bathing suit and a pikachu bathrobe, it only cost $8. It's a great deal and the quality is good.Peppa pig doll
I bought a stuffed pig set for my granddaughter on November 27. I have not received it in mid-december, and I am afraid that Christmas will not arrive, so I place a new order by DHL express shipping. Customer service took the initiative to contact me and told me that the parcel would be delivered in 2-3 days and would be received at Christmas. I don't have to buy again. I don't have to spend any more money. I really appreciate. You should choose a better logistics company to deliver. Thank you.

Company's website looks very suspicious. Therenis no telephone number and address in the USA is not an office.
You can always request your money bac if you used PayPal.
Not a good company to order from.It looks fake i thought the same thing but I got all my stuff I ordered the email is Service@Kidshoo.com again there on a different time zone so will take a few days to get back to you but I wanted to post on here to let people know it’s a legit site I promise you that so it’s upto you go take a chance or not I did and got all my stuff I email them and after my stuff shipped and they got back to me each time in a day or 2 good stuff tho kinda high prices on certain items but good stuff

I ordered Christmas pajamas for my grandkids. Ordered their regular sizes but decided to go check sizing again. Their sizing runs extremely small. Contacted them via customer service same day ordered to cancel. They answered the day after I got an email that the items had shipped. The message read- let us know what sizes you need and we can change. How can they change sizes if it's already shipped. Poor customer service. I paid with PayPal and will be contacting them.

Do NOT order from this site. Immediately after placing my order I realized it is a scam website so I reached out to their customer service email and requested a cancellation of my order. They quickly responded agreeing to cancel the order but I have not seen my refund. That was three weeks ago. I will be contacting PayPal tomorrow to get a refund.

I am very DISAPPOINTED in my order! I paid for a SPECIFIC type of pajamas that was on your website and your company sent me something totally different and didn't even bother to contact me to see if this was ok! I'm so upset that I rushed home to sign for this package and it was NOT what I ordered! Not only that but you advertised a FREE Christmas hat and that wasn't even in the package! At this point I can't even return it as it is too late to get them back in time for Christmas! I will make sure to write a review on this poor shopping experience and never shop this company again.

I submitted my order on 12/11. I have received one email regarding the shipping which shows it’s in Hayward, CA. Everyday I have checked the tracking and as of today, 12/20, it is still in Hayward, CA. The website’s customer service number is a recording that doesn’t even say the name of the company...just some guy’s name and that he’s not available. I left a message but of course never received a call back. My check has cleared already. Thus was supposed to be a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I ordered in plenty of time but looks like I have been taken. A call to the BBB is next step.

Why is there no way to track what I ordered and the only tracking option they give only shows what you paid for, not where it’s at or what’s going on. This company screams fake unfortunately
