family pajamas for 5 people
I ordered PJ's back in November from Kidshoo thinking there would be plenty of time for them to arrive before Christmas. I received the package at 5:30PM on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, I did not hear anything for Kidshoo about the order I had placed at all; therefore, I ordered a different set of PJ's for my family thinking I would keep one set and just return the set I didn't like as well. Then I actually forgot all about the Kidshoo set and wrapped the set from Kohl's that had arrived which included PJ"S for our two little girl's dolls and our dog. The kid shoo set did not have as an option. We opened our family Khol's PJ's around 4PM on Christmas Eve and the at 5 PM the KIdshoo PJS arrived in our mailbox which was too late for this year's Christmas celebration. I need to return at least part of the Kidshoo set since they arrived too late. How can I reach someone to take care of this issue?
Family matching pajamas
I ordered pajamas in November and I inquired about status of order 3rd week in December. They informed me they were out of stock and will refund. Wondering when they were going to tell me this? Not a trustworthy site.
Matching family holiday PJs
I had to cancel my order three weeks after placing it never shipped. I had to request the cancel twice snd they finally canceled it, but never communicated this to me, I had to check their website again and noticed that request had finally been honored. I won’t order from here again.
Elmo PJ’s
I purchased a pair of Elmo pajamas 3 weeks ago., order KH202011231043452591 I was charged immediately and never received a shipping confirmation. I e-mailed them twice about shipping and have been told it’s a popular item and they’ll ship when they can. It’s now 12/15 and nothing has been shipped. Responsive to my emails but feeling I’m not going to see any product.

Ordered the item on October 18 and as of Dec 12, I still have not received the item yet. The following is the USPS tracking number the company provided - 42021122927489024933867022****. Obviously they do not want me to track the package and I hope this is not a scam.

ordered on 11-11-20 11 matching pair of pjs for xmas for our family and on 11-25 received 8 of them. I have called, texted, emailed, fb message to try to get anyone to help me get the rest of my order I paid for. It was a lot of money for me to spend and then not get all my product. Do not recommend their customer service at all. the pjs I got were good except a couple of wrong sizes. but still missing 3 sets
16 pair of Christmas family pj sets
Ordered 10/6. Two separate orders. One full order was combined with 1/2 of second order, so I have 2 tracking numbers which say they were both delivered on same day . One package arrived on 10/29. I have been communicating with them for 6 weeks about the final 4 sets of pj's that did not arrive with the rest of the order. They keep apologizing. I have asked for a credit of $115, but they have stopped answering my emails. Extremely unhappy that I was sucked in by the prices and cute designs.

11/2/20Family Christmas pajamas
Ordered pjs for my husband and me and 2 kids. The men’s pajamas were advertised with a picture of a guy who had his hands in his pockets. However, the pajamas had no pockets. The other thing is that the pajama pants were small and the shirts were overly big. So I tried to return them and they emailed back Saying they would give me a $3 refund and I could keep the pajamas. $3! I paid $75. Umm no! So while they were super responsive in the beginning, they have not emailed me back since I did Nied that offer. I’ve tried three times now. What company doesn’t allow returns her clothes that don’t fit?! This one!
Mermaid bathing suit, peppa pig purse, minions hat ect
Prices are fair, easy to order. Ordered over a month before needed and still have not received! Made multiple attempts to contact and was not addressed promptly or at all in some attempts. If you need your items by certain time make sure tou order 2 months or more in advance!!
Halloween costumes
This place is a scam. I ordered kids costumes in early October. The guaranteed delivery date was 10/16. After no delivery and multiple contacts to customer service, I fet a response on 10/25 that says they just shipped my order and it will arrive in 10-20 days. They said this was due to COVID but they didn't even ship until 9 days after the guarantees arrival date. They then refused a refund even though it wouldn't arrive by Halloween.
Same here. I ordered pjs on 17 October. 10 days later no shipment information. I need them for photo shoot on 7 November and I don’t think I will receive them.
Dresses for granddaughter’s Birthday
I placed order, paid the invoice. The order was stated could be late due to COVID-19. I notified them when received order, all the dresses were too short for my granddaughter at least two plus inches. The quality of the dresses very very thin. I want to return them and get my money back. 60.00 for non useable clothes. No reply about refund except they want me to keep and have a 15% discount on future order. I will not order from them again. Orders from China per customer service is expensive to return. I want my money back. Will not recommend this website for anyone to order from.
3 pairs of shoes
I ordered 3 pair of shoes for my son. The shipping took way to long and when my order came in they were different sizes from what I ordered. Don’t waste your time ordering from this website. I tried to return my order and get a refund and was told shipping would cost to much. I even offered to pay the shipping just to get my money back. Waste of time.

IF i hadnt tracked my order # i would of never got the product and they would of KEPT MY MONEY! YOUR COMPANY SUCKS AND IS HORRIBLE! Listen to other reviews about how terrible this company is. Shoes and a T-Shirt
Do NOT order from here. The price is tantalizing, but it is not worth it. I order a pair of shoes and a t-shirt. I recieved an email immediately with confirmation and a note that the tracking number would be sent in the next correspondence. Several weeks later I still hadn't received a my tracking number. I called the customer service 866 number and it went to a person voicemail account. I emailed them and finally received a response 5 days later with a tracking number. The tracking number isn't recognized by any major carrier. I have emailed sonders and requested more information on my package and when I should expect my package.

Kids Girls Frozen Princess Sequins Bowknot Diamond Heel Dress Shoes
I ordered these shoes on May 17th and received June 8th. They were not marked with any size. I ordered 9.5 and I think they are probably size 8.0. They are too small and I have reached out to Kidshoo 3 times and still have not received any response on how to send back and get refund money on this order. They say on their website that they respond within 24 hours which they have not.
I definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
