14 pairs of family pajamas
Ordered oct 5, 2020 received end of November Some pajamas were ripped and the quality poor. Their site says if damaged or not satisfied they will pay return shipping . After many many emails I filed a complaint with PayPal. They refused to pay shipping and to ship via Fed ex $250! So I have to keep these awful pajamas because they didn’t keep their word! Total scam!

I shopped 2 pjs here. I did not receive them on the promised date. I got them long after.
The size and the quality of the items are ridiculous and they do not accept the returns. Very poor communication.

Terrible quality. Asked for a return/refund. Told me I would have to ship to China and it winks be expensive. To make up for it they would reimburse me $15 on $135 worth of pj’s. Product was shipped from inside the US.

I ordered PJ's back in November from Kidshoo thinking there would be plenty of time for them to arrive before Christmas. I received the package at 5:30PM on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, I did not hear anything for Kidshoo about the order I had placed at all; therefore, I ordered a different set of PJ's for my family thinking I would keep one set and just return the set I didn't like as well. Then I actually forgot all about the Kidshoo set and wrapped the set from Kohl's that had arrived which included PJ"S for our two little girl's dolls and our dog. The kid shoo set did not have as an option. We opened our family Khol's PJ's around 4PM on Christmas Eve and the at 5 PM the KIdshoo PJS arrived in our mailbox which was too late for this year's Christmas celebration. I need to return at least part of the Kidshoo set since they arrived too late. How can I reach someone to take care of this issue?

I ordered pajamas in November and I inquired about status of order 3rd week in December. They informed me they were out of stock and will refund. Wondering when they were going to tell me this? Not a trustworthy site.
Family christmas pajamas
My order went smoothly but then when I checked on the tracking on the link provided it said a label was made and that was as far as that went for 10 days. I had no way of knowing where the order was and when it would be delivered. I contacted the company through their support email. In the end, kidshoo came through. The package arrived in time for Christmas and all the sizes were right. I see from this web page that they are having trouble with the shipping but if they can work it out as they did with my order and get people their orders in a reasonable length of time, they would get better reviews and possibly more customers. So, if the shipping problems are fixed. Yes, I would buy from them again. Thank you kidshoo for getting my order to me.
I ordered Christmas pajamas too, but they were not as described, came late and I ended up returning them, but they made me return to China which I did. And now PayPal is saying that the seller is not telling them that they received the items back, but the company won't respond to my emails - there is no phone number. Buyer beware - this is a difficult company to deal with if your order is wrong.

The worst company ever....beware! Ordered Christmas pajamas but canceled order within an hour. Acknowledged and said they would give refund. Did not, have no pajamas and PayPal did not give back money after filing two claims. PayPal just as bad
I ordered family PJs and never received them due to the company not putting the complete mailing address on the label. Tried working with them through email and they refused to resend the items or refund my money. Afterwards, they totally stopped responding to any inquiries of a resolution. BEWARE of this company and if you have trouble with them as I did, please report them to the BBB so we can them to stop the illegal practices they are performing.

I had to cancel my order three weeks after placing it never shipped. I had to request the cancel twice snd they finally canceled it, but never communicated this to me, I had to check their website again and noticed that request had finally been honored. I won’t order from here again.
Elmo PJ’s
I purchased a pair of Elmo pajamas 3 weeks ago., order KH202011231043452591 I was charged immediately and never received a shipping confirmation. I e-mailed them twice about shipping and have been told it’s a popular item and they’ll ship when they can. It’s now 12/15 and nothing has been shipped. Responsive to my emails but feeling I’m not going to see any product.

I have called, texted, emailed, fb message to try to get anyone to help me get the rest of my order I paid for. It was a lot of money for me to spend and then not get all my product. Do not recommend their customer service at all. the pjs I got were good except a couple of wrong sizes. but still missing 3 sets
16 pair of Christmas family pj sets
Ordered 10/6. Two separate orders. One full order was combined with 1/2 of second order, so I have 2 tracking numbers which say they were both delivered on same day . One package arrived on 10/29. I have been communicating with them for 6 weeks about the final 4 sets of pj's that did not arrive with the rest of the order. They keep apologizing. I have asked for a credit of $115, but they have stopped answering my emails. Extremely unhappy that I was sucked in by the prices and cute designs.

Ordered pjs for my husband and me and 2 kids. The men’s pajamas were advertised with a picture of a guy who had his hands in his pockets. However, the pajamas had no pockets. The other thing is that the pajama pants were small and the shirts were overly big. So I tried to return them and they emailed back Saying they would give me a $3 refund and I could keep the pajamas. $3! I paid $75. Umm no! So while they were super responsive in the beginning, they have not emailed me back since I did Nied that offer. I’ve tried three times now. What company doesn’t allow returns her clothes that don’t fit?! This one!

Prices are fair, easy to order. Ordered over a month before needed and still have not received! Made multiple attempts to contact and was not addressed promptly or at all in some attempts. If you need your items by certain time make sure tou order 2 months or more in advance!!
Halloween costumes
This place is a scam. I ordered kids costumes in early October. The guaranteed delivery date was 10/16. After no delivery and multiple contacts to customer service, I fet a response on 10/25 that says they just shipped my order and it will arrive in 10-20 days. They said this was due to COVID but they didn't even ship until 9 days after the guarantees arrival date. They then refused a refund even though it wouldn't arrive by Halloween.
Same here. I ordered pjs on 17 October. 10 days later no shipment information. I need them for photo shoot on 7 November and I don’t think I will receive them.
Dresses for granddaughter’s Birthday
I placed order, paid the invoice. The order was stated could be late due to COVID-19. I notified them when received order, all the dresses were too short for my granddaughter at least two plus inches. The quality of the dresses very very thin. I want to return them and get my money back. 60.00 for non useable clothes. No reply about refund except they want me to keep and have a 15% discount on future order. I will not order from them again. Orders from China per customer service is expensive to return. I want my money back. Will not recommend this website for anyone to order from.
3 pairs of shoes
I ordered 3 pair of shoes for my son. The shipping took way to long and when my order came in they were different sizes from what I ordered. Don’t waste your time ordering from this website. I tried to return my order and get a refund and was told shipping would cost to much. I even offered to pay the shipping just to get my money back. Waste of time.

My daughter's birthday is on July 30th . She is a big Peppa Pig fan. I will pay for most fastest shipping at kidshoo.com.
After I placed the order, the customer service had the first time to send an email and phone message. Even if paid the urgent fee now, they couldn't deliver it within 5 days. If I want an order, they will also refund me the express fee. They are taking customers seriously, so I let them send orders normally. Their website let me buy everything I want. I hope I can be satisfied when I receive the goodsI received 2 of the shows today out of 3 pairs ordered and the shoe's we melted ,what are we going to do about this??

Yes I would like a refund for my pajamas too. The sizing is all wrong and the fabric is awful. They have offered to send new pajamas but that is not the issue. The issue is they are made incorrectly and the fabric is horrid. I got an address in China to send the back to and then they would refund me. yeah right? I am not paying to ship to no where China and never see a refund. I had to order from another retailer and they most likely won't be here in time for this Christmas. I need to be more careful about who I am buying from. No more Slow boat from China items. I ordered these in plenty of time but didn't get here in time to find out they are crap and order from somewhere else. Not happy. Just refund me and move on.
I HATE THEM. Ordered Christmas pjs. A label was created on the 12th of December. As Christmas neared I told them I didn't want them because they wouldn't be here on time. Low and behold, they shipped them on 12/30. The pajamas say "Merry Christmas". I want my money back. I hope their company burns down. The phone number doesn't work. It wasn't cheap and it was supposed to be a special memory. I hope that all involved get fleas. Really the worst company ever.
