First order got stolen, Napacabs handled it like pros
Yeah, so I ordered these really fancy drinks from Napacabs, right? But when the guy delivering them showed up, somebody must've decided they needed my drinks more than I did because they straight up snatched them! I was super bummed out, but then I contacted the delivery service and they were like "Don't stress, we got you". Napacabs said, "We'll take care of it", and they filed a claim and got another order sent out to me really quick. They even included some extra stuff as a nice gesture. How awesome is that? Napacabs totally came through for me!
Unique Maui wine
I just got my hands on this super special and rare wine that you can only find in Maui. It's got a dry taste, but the smell? It's like you're sticking your nose in some fresh pineapple syrup. I've been on the hunt for this specific wine for a minute now, so you know I was over the moon when I found it at NapaCabs. It's not always easy to find, so I snatch up a bottle whenever I can. Let me tell you, every time I pour myself a glass of this Maui wine, it blows me away with its quality and flavor.
12-bottle order
I was honestly not too sure about ordering a dozen bottles because of all the rain we've been having here in California. But I gotta say, I was really happy when my order arrived right on time. The delivery guy did an awesome job, especially since I was out front working. But I was kinda bummed when I opened up the box and saw that the Fetzel wine had aluminum caps instead of the classic corks like in the picture. I'm all about those traditional corks, so it was a bit of a disappointment for me as a customer.
Prompt delivery
I had a really good experience with NapaCabs recently. My order came right on time, and I happened to be home when it arrived. The delivery was quick and smooth. One thing I think could be better is having a receipt window for customers to easily see their transaction details. Also, I was thinking it would be awesome if NapaCabs could get their hands on some Castleman xxxx beer from Brisbane, Australia, since I'm curious to try it out. Big thanks to Ray and the NapaCabs crew for the great service overall.
Red wine mix-up
At first, I got the wrong order, and that was kinda disappointing. But when I reached out to customer service, they quickly fixed the mistake and sent me the right order on time. I was actually happy to find out I got to keep the wrong order, my friends were pretty pleased about it too. All in all, it turned out to be a nice surprise, and I really liked the wine from the correct delivery.

Rare liquor
I was so excited to find this really rare booze that's usually pretty tough to get unless you're in a certain area. They not only had exactly what I was searching for but also some other cool options that grabbed my attention. It was so convenient to be able to buy everything online, especially since it's such a challenge to find these things in stores nearby.

The whole process was so easy - it was simple and quick. I was looking for a specific wine that I just couldn't find anywhere near me. After doing some searching, I came across this amazing website. They had the best price by far and even shipped to my area, which was awesome. I ended up buying a few bottles and they arrived in perfect condition. Wines arrived quickly
I wish the shipping was a little cheaper because I had to pay a lot for my wines. But, on the bright side, they got here really fast and none of them were broken in the box, so I can't complain about that. All in all, I was satisfied with my order and will likely order from them again down the road.
Pinot Noir purchase
NapaCabs really saved the day for me when I was looking for this one pinot noir I tried at a restaurant. Turns out, they were the only place online that had it. I ordered it and got it pretty quickly. Everything went smoothly, the package was well-protected, and the wine came in perfect shape. I'm excited to crack it open and share it with my family on Father's Day!
Promo code issue
I just bought something online and tried to use a promo code for a discount, but it didn't work when I checked out. I went ahead with the purchase anyway but wasn't happy with how things went down. I tried to get in touch with customer service to sort it out, but they never called me back.
My purchase was delivery of a mystery box of snacks.
I ordered this box of snacks and I was really looking forward to getting it. But when it arrived, it was delivered to the wrong address! I was so disappointed because I had to go all the way to the FedEx location to pick it up. Seriously, how difficult is it to get the shipping address correct? I don't live in a maze, it should be pretty simple.
Wine order
I recently ordered some wine from NapaCabs and I was really disappointed with the lack of communication and delays in shipping. It's been 15 days since I placed my order and I haven't gotten any updates, even though they charged my card right away. I've tried emailing them a few times but haven't heard back. It wasn't until I kept asking for information that they finally told me they were out of stock on three bottles. I asked them to take those off my order, refund me for them, and hurry up the shipping for the rest. Sadly, I still haven't heard anything back or gotten any updates on my order's status.
Rosé wine
I absolutely adore this rosé wine! It's just so delicious and really hits the spot. Every sip feels like a little indulgence. The customer service and delivery timing were spot on, even though it was on the pricier side. Can't blame the seller for that, it's all on Fedex. But overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Tequila bottle purchase
So I ordered a bottle of tequila from NapaCabs, but they messed up and sent me the wrong one. I reached out to their customer service, and I gotta say, they were on top of it. They apologized right away, shipped out the correct bottle, and even gave me a return label for the mix-up. I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally they fixed everything.
5 1/2 cases of wine
I got 5 and a half cases of wine and man, the customer service at this place was top-notch. Heather was so nice and really went out of her way to help me get exactly what I was looking for. And the rest of the staff really knew their stuff and gave great suggestions. I've checked out other spots but none can beat the quality and prices here. Definitely recommend!
Finding the wine I wanted
OMG, NapaCabs was seriously the only place that had the wine I was looking for and it was amazing! The shipping came right on time, the packaging was top-notch, and their service was just awesome. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
