The only bummer is that I really miss some of the Dutch brands they used to carry, like Floris Van Bommel and Scotch and Soda, which they had to stop selling after Brexit. Smooth ordering and delivery process, costly return fee
I just bought something on this website for the first time and it was a pretty good experience. The order went through easily and it arrived on time. The only problem I had was the return fee for a scarf was way too high. Other than that, everything else was great. So, just keep in mind to be careful when buying something, especially if you're not sure about it, so you don't end up paying a lot for a return like I did.
